WordPress websites,built turnkey

WordPress is a great platform for building websites when it’s put together carefully: a custom theme without dozens of plugins, clear admin fields, updates and backups. You get the cost and timeline before we start

A WordPress site built for your goals

A company site, a blog and a store are built differently. We take on new sites as well as live ones that need attention

  • 01

    Company websites

Services, projects, news and job openings. Your team updates copy and prices themselves instead of filing requests with a contractor

    • Custom theme in your brand style
    • Services, projects and news sections
    • Admin fields instead of a page builder
    • Inquiry forms that feed your CRM
  • 02

    Blogs and media

Lots of content, several authors and categories. Articles need to load fast, and publishing needs to be easy

    • Categories, tags and author pages
    • Custom blocks in the Gutenberg editor
    • Lightweight pages for long reads
    • Subscriptions to new posts
  • 03

    WooCommerce stores

Catalog, cart and checkout on a familiar platform, without a pile of plugins fighting each other

    • Catalog with filters and variations
    • Online payments
    • Product import from a spreadsheet
    • Orders sent to your CRM, with notifications
  • 04

    Service and expert websites

Law firms, schools, workshops, independent professionals: visitors should see the price and send an inquiry within a minute

    • Service pages with pricing
    • Portfolio and testimonials
    • Short inquiry or booking form
    • Analytics with goals for inquiries
  • 05

    Improving an existing site

The site is live, but you need a new section, a form, a CRM connection or payments. We add them without breaking what already works

    • Theme and plugin audit
    • New sections and blocks
    • CRM and payment integration
    • Changes that don’t break the layout
  • 06

    Speed and security

The site is slow, it was hacked, or it hasn’t been updated in years. We clean it up and explain what went wrong

    • Speed measured before and after
    • Malware cleanup
    • Core, theme and plugin updates
    • Scheduled backups

One of our WordPress projects: Ekran Pro — turnkey outdoor screens. We show our work and explain how it’s built

A site at work, without breakdowns

Five steps from the first visitor to the next update. At every step it’s clear what the site does and who is responsible for what

  1. 01Speed

    A visitor opens the site

A custom lightweight theme without extra scripts: pages load fast even on a phone, and search engines see clean URLs and headings

  2. 02Forms and cart

They send an inquiry or order

A two- or three-field form, or a WooCommerce cart with online payment. No unnecessary fields and no redirects to third-party pages

  3. 03Bitrix24 and amoCRM

The lead lands in your CRM

The inquiry arrives in Bitrix24 or amoCRM along with the page and traffic source, and a manager gets notified. Every submission has its own goal in analytics

  4. 04ACF fields and blocks

    Your staff edit the site

Prices, photos, new services and articles are changed in clear, simple fields. Each block has its own fields, so nobody can break the layout by accident

  5. 05Updates and backups

    Updates go smoothly

First a backup and a test run on a staging URL, then the update on the live site. If anything goes wrong, we roll back to the backup

In every WordPress site

  1. 01A custom theme for your design, no off-the-shelf templates
  2. 02Editor blocks and ACF fields for every section
  3. 03Mobile version with a tap-to-call button
  4. 04Inquiry forms that feed your CRM
  5. 05Basic SEO setup: URLs, headings, sitemap
  6. 06Secured admin login and user roles
  7. 07Scheduled backups
  8. 08Analytics with goals for inquiries and calls
  9. 09Editor guide and training
  10. 10One month of support after launch

Connected to your CRM and payments

Leads go to your CRM, orders are paid on the site, and goals show up in analytics. Nobody copies inquiries from email by hand

Platforms and services we work with: WordPress, WooCommerce, ACF, Gutenberg, Analytics, Bitrix24, amoCRM, Online payments

For integrations we use proven approaches: an off-the-shelf solution if it’s reliable and maintained, or custom code in the theme if the ready-made one brings too much baggage. We only promise what we’ve tested

Why WordPress sites slow down and break

The platform itself isn’t to blame. The trouble starts when a site is assembled from ready-made parts, so we build it differently

  • Dozens of plugins instead of code

A slider, a form, a counter and a back-to-top button, each a separate plugin with its own scripts. We build what’s needed into the theme and keep plugins only where they truly belong

  • A bought theme that does everything

A multipurpose theme drags along dozens of templates and settings you never use. A custom theme holds only your blocks, so pages load faster

  • Updates nobody dares to install

When a site is stitched together from other people’s parts, any update can break the layout. We update a staging copy first, and only then the live site

  • Hacked through an old plugin

Abandoned plugins are a common way in. We remove the extras, lock down the admin login, assign permissions by role and keep everything up to date

  • No backups

People usually remember backups once the site is already down. We set up scheduled backups and store them separately from the site

  • An admin panel you’re afraid to touch

A page builder with a hundred buttons scares even an experienced editor. We give each block its own fields: heading, text, photo, price, and nothing else

WordPress websites: packages

What drives the cost

  • Migrating a large site from another platform while keeping its URLs

  • Multiple languages or regional versions
  • Design from scratch instead of adapting your brand style

How a project runs

  1. 01

    Brief and estimate

    1–2 days

A 30-minute call. If you already have a site, we look at the theme and plugins. The next day you get a phase-by-phase estimate

  2. 02

    Prototype and design

    5–10 days

A prototype of the key pages, then the design. Revisions happen before development, not after

  3. 03

    Development in phases

    per estimate

Each phase is shown on a staging URL and closed with a sign-off. Payment is per phase

  4. 04

    Launch and support

    30 days

We move the site to your hosting, connect analytics and your CRM, and train your editor. A month of support is included

Common questions

Ask on Telegram
  1. When the site is mostly about content and products

WordPress is a good fit for company websites, blogs, media and small stores: many editors already know the admin panel, and it’s easy to find specialists. If you need a complex service with user accounts and calculations, we’ll tell you so and suggest another option

  2. It depends on scope

A company website on a custom theme takes 2–3 weeks, a site with a catalog or blog 4–5 weeks, and a WooCommerce store from 8 weeks. The cost depends on scope: you get a fixed estimate after the brief, and it doesn’t change unless the scope does

  3. Yes, but we’ll explain the downsides

A bought theme speeds up the start, but it carries extra code and depends on its author. On a tight budget we’ll take a lightweight theme and strip out what you don’t need. For a site that will grow, a custom theme costs less in the long run

  4. Yes, starting with an audit

We check the theme, plugins, versions and whether backups exist. We write up what can be done right away, what is better rebuilt and what it will cost. Then we get to work on the improvements or speed-ups

  5. Yes, and we’ll close the hole

We clean out the malicious code, change every password and key, update the core, theme and plugins, and remove abandoned ones. Then we set up backups and a secured login so it doesn’t happen again

  6. We measure speed before and after

A custom theme, minimal plugins, compressed images and caching. We show you the measurements. We don’t promise specific scores before the audit: a lot depends on the hosting and on what’s on the pages

  7. Everything is yours

The theme, access and backups are handed over to the site owner. We host the site with a provider of your choice or on your own server. Calls and phase demos run over video, wherever you are
