Website developmentfor construction companies

Services with prices, an estimate calculator, projects with stage photos and site visit booking on one fast website. Built for construction and renovation companies

Timeline
from 3 weeks

Built for your trade, not a template

A timber house and a bathroom remodel are bought by different people, in different ways. A construction company website has to be built around what you sell

  • 01

    Home building

People save for a house for years and take their time choosing. They want plans with prices, building methods and homes that are already standing

    • House plan catalog with starting prices
    • Methods compared: timber, aerated concrete, frame
    • Completed homes with their locations
    • Estimate for a specific lot
  • 02

    Apartment and office renovation

Clients fear one thing: the estimate doubles and the deadline slips. The site has to put that fear to rest before the first call

    • Calculator by floor area and renovation type
    • Packages: cosmetic, full, turnkey
    • Stage photos from real projects
    • Fixed estimate in the contract
  • 03

    General contracting and commercial

Here the site is read by procurement teams and the client’s engineers. They care about licenses, experience on similar projects and company resources

    • Projects by type and floor area
    • Licenses and accreditations in one click
    • Equipment, staff and in-house production
    • Tender request form
  • 04

    Roofing, facades, fences

Seasonal work with simple math: the client wants a price per meter and to see the material up close

    • Per-meter prices by material
    • Calculator by project dimensions
    • Gallery of work by material
    • Booking for a free site visit
  • 05

    Building systems

Heating, plumbing, electrical and wells: the client can’t read schematics and looks for someone who explains it in plain language

    • Ready-made solutions by house type
    • Diagrams and scope of work, step by step
    • Service and warranty maintenance
    • Inquiry with floor area and number of stories
  • 06

    Heavy equipment rental

Equipment is needed urgently, often from the job site and on a phone. Availability, shift rate and response time decide

    • Fleet with specs and photos
    • Rates per shift and per hour
    • Request with address and job date
    • Call and messenger buttons in plain sight

The client journey from search to handover

Six steps from a search query to a finished project. At every step the site answers the question clients usually ask a manager

  1. 01Service pages

    Finds the company

A separate page for every service and every area you cover. Someone searching for “turnkey bathroom remodel” lands on the page about bathrooms

  2. 02Calculator

    Runs the numbers

Floor area, type of work, materials, and the ballpark figure shows up instantly. The calculation comes with the inquiry, so the manager doesn’t ask everything again

  3. 03Portfolio by stage

    Browses projects

Not three pretty renders but real projects: address or area, timeline, budget and photos from foundation to handover

  4. 04Site visit request

    Books a site visit

Address, a convenient day and a couple of phone photos. The request lands in your CRM with the calculator result, so the estimator arrives prepared

  5. 05Estimate and warranty

    Reads the contract

A sample contract, the stage-by-stage payment schedule and warranty terms are on the site. The client knows what they are signing before the meeting

  6. 06Progress

    Follows the build

A link shows the stages, site photos and sign-off documents. The client doesn’t call the foreman every evening, and the finished project becomes your next case study

In every construction website

  1. 01Service pages with starting prices
  2. 02Estimate calculator by area and materials
  3. 03Project portfolio with stage photos
  4. 04Site visit requests with photos and address
  5. 05Sample contract and warranty terms
  6. 06About section: team, equipment and licenses
  7. 07Reviews linked to real projects
  8. 08Admin panel where the foreman adds photos from a phone
  9. 09Fast mobile version with a call button
  10. 10Analytics with goals and call tracking

Site visit requests go straight to work

The calculator result, address and photos arrive in your CRM as one card, and call tracking tags every call. The manager doesn’t ask twice, and the estimator arrives prepared

We connect services and messengers: Estimate calculator, Bitrix24, amoCRM, Call tracking, Maps, Telegram, WhatsApp

Before we start, we look at how you take inquiries and price jobs today: in a CRM, a spreadsheet or the foreman’s notebook. We move that onto the site without breaking the way you work. We only promise what we’ve confirmed

Trust before the first call

Contractors aren’t trusted by default: everyone has heard stories of blown deadlines and ballooning estimates. Six things put those fears to rest right on the site

  • Real projects with stage photos

Foundation, shell, roof, finishing: dated shots from one and the same project. People trust them more than flawless stock photos

  • Estimate before work starts

The calculator gives a ballpark, and after the site visit the client gets a detailed estimate. They see what makes up the price and what it doesn’t cover

  • Contract and warranty up front

A sample contract, stage payments and the warranty period: not fine print in the footer but a separate section with straight answers

  • Licenses and accreditations

Registrations, certificates and licenses open right from the site. For general contracting and public-sector clients, that’s the first thing they check

  • Team and equipment

Foremen and crew leads with photos and years of experience, your own equipment and warehouse. The client sees real people behind the company, not just a phone number

  • Reviews tied to project addresses

Every review is linked to a project: area, type of work, photos. It can’t be mistaken for a paid review, and it’s easy to verify

Construction websites: packages

The cost depends on scope. We send a detailed estimate the day after the brief and don’t change it after kickoff unless the scope changes

What drives the cost

  • A complex calculator with formulas for each material
  • House plan catalog with floor plans and spec packages
  • Integration with a warehouse or estimating software that has no ready-made API
  • Moving the old site with projects and reviews without losing search rankings
  • Custom design from scratch instead of adapting your brand style

How a project runs

  1. 01

    Brief and estimate

    1–2 days

A 30-minute call: what work you sell, how you price it and where inquiries go today. The next day we send an estimate broken into stages

  2. 02

    Prototype and design

    5–10 days

A clickable prototype of the calculator and portfolio, then the design. Changes happen before development, not after

  3. 03

    Development in stages

    per estimate

We show each stage on a test URL and close it with a sign-off. You pay by stage, just like on a well-run build

  4. 04

    Launch and support

    30 days

We connect the CRM, analytics and call tracking, and train your manager and foreman to add projects. A month of support is included

Common questions

Didn’t find your question? Ask it on Telegram and we’ll reply during business hours

Ask on Telegram
  1. It gives a ballpark, not an exact estimate

We take your rates for the main types of work and materials and build a calculation by floor area, type of work and spec level. The client sees a price range and understands the budget. An engineer still prepares the exact estimate after the site visit, and the calculation from the site reaches them together with the inquiry

  2. Start shooting the stages today

We build an admin panel where the foreman uploads photos straight from a phone and tags the stage. A couple of months of ongoing work gives you a portfolio people trust more than a professional shoot of one finished house

  3. To your CRM and messenger, with the calculation and photos

We connect Bitrix24 or amoCRM: the request arrives with the address, date, photos and the calculator total, and call tracking tags the calls. If you don’t have a CRM yet, requests go to the person in charge on Telegram or WhatsApp

  4. Yes, a home building marketplace and equipment rental

For Brigadir we built a marketplace for private home building: 13 vetted contractors, 39 house plans and estimates for a specific lot. For MACK Group, a heavy equipment rental site with a fleet of 200 of their own machines. Both projects are in our case studies

  5. We don’t promise numbers before launch

That depends on your market, advertising and prices. What we do promise: every inquiry and call will show up in analytics, and within the first months you’ll see which channel brings clients and which one eats the budget

  6. Fine for a small site, not for calculators and projects

If a five-page site is all you need, we’ll say so. When you need an estimate calculator, hundreds of service and area pages, projects with stages and a client portal, we build on Next.js with a custom admin panel: faster, no template limits and no subscription fees

  7. The code is yours, hosting is your call

We hand the source code and all access over to your company. We host the site in the region where your client data has to be stored, or on your own server
