Websites for beauty salonsand barbershops

We build websites for salons, hair salons and studios: booking with a favorite stylist, portfolios and prices on one fast website. Clients book themselves, and your front desk isn’t stuck on the phone

Timeline
from 2 weeks

Built for your salon, not a template

A barbershop and an aesthetic clinic sell in different ways. We build your turnkey salon website around your format and your clients

  • 01

    Full-service salons

Dozens of services and stylists: a client needs to find her treatment, its price and an open slot fast, not scroll the whole price list

    • Services grouped by category
    • Prices by stylist level
    • Booking several services back to back
    • Discounted packages and bundles
  • 02

    Hair salons

People choose a haircut from photos and stay with a stylist for years. The site shows the work and lets clients book their own stylist

    • Portfolio by haircut type
    • Pricing by hair length
    • One-click rebooking
    • Reviews from maps
  • 03

    Barbershops

Clients book from their phone a couple of minutes before leaving the office. They need speed, brand character and an open slot

    • Book a barber from your phone
    • A distinct brand, not a template
    • Memberships and club cards
    • Grooming products shop
  • 04

    Nail studios

Design and exact timing decide it: the client browses the work, picks a technician and a slot between meetings

    • Filterable design gallery
    • Treatment length in the booking
    • Fill-in reminders
    • Gift cards online
  • 05

    Aesthetic clinics

Trust here rests on the doctor, the license and honest disclaimers. Without them, no one books a treatment

    • Doctor pages with credentials
    • License and contraindications
    • Indications and treatment prep
    • Consultation before booking
  • 06

    Salon chains

Several locations, one brand: the site sends clients to the nearest branch with a stylist available

    • Branches on a map with hours
    • Different price lists per location
    • Booking straight to the right salon
    • Gift cards valid across the chain

The client journey without calling reception

Six steps from search to the next visit. At every step, the site does the work so your busy front desk doesn’t have to

  1. 01Service pages

    Finds the salon

Dedicated pages for each service and neighborhood: the client lands on “hair coloring near the station”, not a homepage with a phone number

  2. 02Prices in plain sight

    Checks prices

A starting price for every service, the treatment length and the difference by stylist level. No “ask at the front desk”

  3. 03Portfolio

    Picks a stylist

A stylist profile with their work, experience and reviews. Stylists upload photos themselves, from their phone between clients

  4. 04Online booking

    Books on their own

Service, stylist, open slot. The booking goes straight into the salon software, so the front desk doesn’t copy it over from a messenger

  5. 05Reminders

    Doesn’t forget

The day before, a reminder arrives with a reschedule link. Cancel, and the slot opens up again for another client

  6. 06Reviews and rebooking

    Comes back

After the visit: a review request and a reminder about the next haircut or fill. Analytics shows where every booking came from

In every salon website

  1. 01Online booking with stylists from your salon software
  2. 02Service catalog with prices and durations
  3. 03Stylist profiles with portfolios
  4. 04Reviews and ratings from maps
  5. 05Gift cards with online payment
  6. 06Memberships and promotions from the admin panel
  7. 07Visit reminders via messenger
  8. 08Service and neighborhood pages for search
  9. 09Fast mobile version with a booking button
  10. 10Analytics with a goal on every booking

Booking from your salon software

Clients see the same open slots as your front desk. They book, and the time is blocked in the schedule. Nobody copies requests over from a messenger

We work with booking software, payments and messengers: YCLIENTS, DIKIDI, Salon software, Online payments, Telegram, WhatsApp, Maps

Before kickoff we check what your software can do: a custom booking form via API, a ready-made widget or requests to the front desk via messenger. We only promise what we’ve confirmed

What matters on a salon website

Clients choose a stylist, look at the work and check prices. The site answers all that before they call, and for aesthetic treatments it’s upfront about licensing and limitations

  • Booking with a favorite stylist

Clients choose a person, not a salon. Booking without a call takes a couple of taps: stylist, service, slot. The front desk stays focused on the desk

  • Stylists’ work on display

A portfolio for every stylist, with phone photos uploaded straight from the admin panel. Fresh work is the best proof of skill, not stock images

  • Prices without “please ask”

A starting price, the duration and the difference by stylist level. Clients know the total upfront and don’t leave to compare with the salon next door

  • Reviews from maps

Ratings and reviews from map services are pulled onto the site. After a visit, the client gets a link to leave their own

  • Gift cards and memberships

A gift card is bought online in a minute and arrives by email. Memberships and packages are paid in advance

  • A license for aesthetic treatments

Injectables and device-based treatments are medical services. The site shows the license number, contraindications and a note to consult a doctor

Salon websites: packages

The cost depends on scope. We send a detailed estimate the day after the brief and don’t change it after kickoff unless the scope changes

What drives the cost

  • Booking software without a ready API, or different software across branches
  • An online beauty products store with delivery
  • A loyalty program with points and tiers
  • Migrating the old site with reviews and pages without losing rankings
  • Photo shoots of stylists and interiors, design from scratch

How a project runs

  1. 01

    Brief and estimate

    1–2 days

A 30-minute call. We look at the software you book clients in and what it can do, and send a phased estimate the next day

  2. 02

    Prototype and design

    5–10 days

A prototype of the booking flow and stylist profile, then a design in your salon’s style. Changes happen before development

  3. 03

    Phased development

    per estimate

We show each phase on a staging site and sign it off. You pay phase by phase

  4. 04

    Launch and support

    30 days

We connect booking, payments and analytics and train your front desk. A month of support is included

Common questions

Didn’t find your question? Ask it on Telegram and we’ll reply during business hours

Ask on Telegram
  1. Most often YCLIENTS, DIKIDI and similar

If your software has an API, we build a custom booking form that matches the site: clients see stylists and open slots, and the booking lands straight in the schedule. If there’s only a widget, we embed it neatly. If there’s neither, requests go to the front desk in Telegram or WhatsApp

  2. A site is your own platform nobody can shut down

Maps and social media bring in people who have already found you. A site is what you need for search ads, for search by service and neighborhood, and for booking without back-and-forth messages. We pull map reviews onto the site and keep your social links

  3. A starting price plus the stylist-level difference

Each service shows a starting price and duration, and during booking the client sees the exact price for the chosen stylist. The stylist may adjust the total on site, but the ballpark is clear upfront

  4. Yes, with online payment

The client picks an amount or a service, pays by card and gets the gift card by email. Each card number shows up in the admin panel, and the front desk marks it when it’s redeemed

  5. A license and honest disclaimers

Injectables, peels and device-based treatments count as medical services. The site lists the license number, doctor details, contraindications and a notice to consult a specialist. We never promise results

  6. We don’t promise numbers before launch

It depends on your neighborhood, prices and advertising. What we do promise: every booking and call will show up in analytics, and within the first month you’ll see which channel brings in clients

  7. The code is yours; hosting is your call

We hand the source code and all access over to the salon owner. We host the site where your clients’ data is protected under the applicable laws, or on your own server
