Nonprofit websitesthat take donations

Websites for charities and nonprofits: mission and projects, one-time and monthly donations, spending reports in plain view. People see who they’re helping and give in a minute

Timeline
from 2 weeks

Built for your cause, not a template

A dog shelter and a bar association draw different people with different reasons to help. We build the structure around your cause

  • 01

    Direct-aid charities

People give to a specific person. They want to see who needs help, how much has been raised and where the money went

    • Campaign cards with a progress bar
    • Beneficiary stories with family consent
    • Closed campaigns with a purchase report
    • Bank details for corporate transfers
  • 02

    Animal shelters and rescues

The site finds homes, raises money for food and vet care, and recruits people ready to walk dogs on weekends

    • Animal catalog with filters
    • Adoption application form
    • Campaigns for vet care and food
    • Volunteer shift sign-up
  • 03

    Nonprofits and social projects

Programs, grant-funded projects and partners: the site has to explain what you do and stand up to a funder’s review

    • Program pages with outcomes
    • Documents and reports section
    • Partner and grant logos
    • News and events from the admin panel
  • 04

    Associations and communities

Members pay dues and expect exclusive materials. The site replaces the member spreadsheet and hand-sent mailings

    • Joining with a form and dues
    • Member account
    • Members-only resource section
    • Event calendar with registration
  • 05

    Volunteer movements

People are your main resource. The site takes sign-ups, assigns tasks and doesn’t lose anyone who reached out once

    • Sign-up with skills and location
    • Tasks and shifts with sign-up
    • Applications go to the coordinator
    • Emails about new missions
  • 06

    Culture and education

Festivals, museum and education projects run on the support of friends. They need an events calendar, a friends club and a clear way to give

    • Events and registration
    • Friends club with monthly giving
    • Project archive with photos and video
    • A page for partners and sponsors

The donor journey without extra steps

Six steps from first contact to monthly giving. At each one, the site speaks for you while your team is busy with the people you help

  1. 01Mission and projects

    Discovers you

People arrive from search, a social media post or a friend’s story. Within a minute they understand who you help and how

  2. 02Reports and documents

    Checks you out

Registration details, bylaws, annual reports and spending for every campaign are in plain view. No need to email and wait for an answer

  3. 03Two-step form

    Gives in a minute

Amount, then payment by card or another online method. No sign-up or long form, from a phone, right on the campaign page

  4. 04Monthly giving

    Gives regularly

One checkbox turns a one-time gift into a monthly one. Donors change the amount or cancel from a link in the email, no calls needed

  5. 05Emails and reports

    Sees the impact

After a payment comes a thank-you; after a campaign closes, a report: what was bought, who received it, photos with the recipient’s consent

  6. 06Volunteering

    Joins the team

For those ready to help in person, a form with skills and location. The application goes straight to the coordinator instead of getting lost in an inbox

In every nonprofit website

  1. 01Mission, team and projects
  2. 02Two-step donation form
  3. 03One-time and monthly donations
  4. 04Campaigns with a progress bar and closing report
  5. 05Reports, documents and registration details
  6. 06Beneficiary stories and news from the admin panel
  7. 07Volunteer form sent to the coordinator
  8. 08Thank-you emails after each payment
  9. 09Data processing consent in every form
  10. 10Analytics with a goal for every donation

Payments and emails linked to the site

A donation goes through the payment provider, the thank-you goes out on its own and the goal is logged in analytics. No one reconciles bank statements with a spreadsheet by hand

We connect payment providers, newsletters and channels: Payment gateways, Recurring payments, Email newsletters, Social media, Telegram, Analytics

Before kickoff we check which payment methods and recurring payments your provider has already approved, and build the form around them. We promise only what we’ve confirmed

Why people trust you with money

Before a first gift, people look for proof the organization is real. The site answers those questions itself, before anyone has to email you

  • Spending reports in plain view

Annual reports, regulatory filings and spending for every campaign. Your accountant uploads a file in the admin panel, and it appears on the site right away

  • Registration details and status

Full legal name, registration numbers, bylaws and certificate of registration. Donors can see they’re giving to a real organization

  • A two-step donation form

Amount first, then payment. No required fields beyond an email for the receipt and thank-you — long forms scare donors away

  • Recurring donations

Monthly giving makes the budget predictable. Donors change the amount or cancel their subscription from a link in the email

  • Beneficiary stories with consent

Photos, names and diagnoses are published only with the written consent of the person or their representative. Extra details are hidden, surnames shortened

  • Data processing consent

Every form has a consent checkbox and a link to the privacy policy. Donor and volunteer data is stored in line with personal data protection laws

What drives the cost

  • A second language version for partners and visitors
  • Beneficiary or animal catalog with filters and applications
  • Migrating an existing site with the news and reports archive
  • Integration with a nonprofit CRM that has no ready API
  • Custom design instead of adapting your brand style

How a project runs

  1. 01

    Brief and estimate

    1–2 days

A 30-minute call: your programs, how you accept donations today and who will run the site. The next day you get an estimate broken into stages

  2. 02

    Prototype and design

    5–10 days

A clickable prototype of the home page, campaign page and donation form, then the design. Changes happen before development

  3. 03

    Development in stages

    per estimate

Each stage goes up on a staging URL for review and is signed off before the next. Payment by stage

  4. 04

    Launch and support

    30 days

We connect the payment provider, newsletters and analytics, run a test donation and train your team to run the site. A month of support is included

Common questions

Didn’t find your question? Ask it on Telegram and we’ll reply during business hours

Ask on Telegram
  1. One that supports nonprofits and recurring payments

We work with payment gateways that serve nonprofits, accept cards and other local payment methods, and support recurring payments. Your organization signs the contract with the provider; we help gather the documents, connect payments to the site and run a test payment before launch

  2. Yes, once the payment provider approves recurring payments

The donor ticks “give every month” and the charge goes through automatically. Providers enable recurring payments separately, after reviewing your organization. Every email includes a link where donors can change the amount or cancel on their own

  3. Your team, no developer needed

The admin panel is built so a coordinator or accountant can add a news item, open a campaign or upload a report in a few minutes. After launch we run a training session and leave a short guide

  4. Only with written consent

Photos, names and health information are sensitive data. We publish them only with the consent of the person or their legal guardian, shorten surnames and remove unnecessary details. In the admin panel, each story is marked once consent has been received

  5. We don’t promise numbers before launch

That depends on how well known you are, your newsletters and how you talk about your campaigns. What we do promise: every donation and volunteer application is tracked in analytics, and within a month you’ll see which channel brings people in

  6. Yes, and grow it later

A small organization often needs just projects, reports and a donation form. When you add recurring campaigns, volunteers or a donor account, we build them into the same site instead of starting over

  7. The code is yours; hosting is your choice

The source code and all access credentials go to your organization. We host the site in line with the personal data protection laws that apply to your donors and volunteers, or on your own server
