Cafe, coffee shop or pizzeria: built for your format

People pop into a coffee shop for five minutes and stay at a restaurant all evening. Guests differ, so we build the site around how yours choose

  • 01

    Restaurants and bars

Guests choose an evening, not a dish: they want the atmosphere, a free table and a clear idea of the bill before they dial

    • Table booking on a floor plan
    • Menu and wine list with prices
    • Events: dinners, tastings, live music
    • Banquets priced per guest
  • 02

    Cafes and bistros

The decision takes a minute at the door or on a rushed lunch break. The site has to load instantly and show today’s menu

    • Lunch specials and today’s menu
    • Takeout ready at a set time
    • Opening hours and directions on a map
    • Reviews from maps
  • 03

    Coffee shops

People buy on the way to work. The winning coffee shop is the one where you order ahead and skip the line

    • Order ahead on the way in
    • Choice of milk, syrup and size
    • Rewards and a loyalty card
    • Several locations, each with its own menu
  • 04

    Pizzerias

Pizza is ordered for a group, and the cart takes a while to fill. Nobody should change their mind along the way

    • Builder: size, crust, toppings
    • Combos and a free item above an order total
    • Delivery zone and time by address
    • One-tap reorder of the last order
  • 05

    Food delivery

Your own commission-free delivery only pays off if ordering on the site is as easy as in an app

    • Menu with filters by ingredients
    • Card and mobile payments
    • Delivery zones with different fees
    • Order status and a reachable courier
  • 06

    Chains and food halls

Several locations, different menus and kitchen loads. Each order has to reach the kitchen that’s closest and can make it in time

    • Menu and prices per location
    • Orders go to the nearest kitchen
    • One shared loyalty program
    • Location pages for search and maps

The guest journey without calling the host

Six steps from search to the next visit. At every step, the site answers so your busy floor staff don’t have to

  1. 01Search and maps

    Finds the place

Pages for each cuisine, neighborhood and occasion: “Georgian restaurant downtown”, “pizza delivery near me”. Guests land where the answer already is

  2. 02Menu from the POS

    Browses the menu

Photos, prices, portion sizes and ingredients. Sold-out items sync from the POS, so guests never pick a dish that’s off today

  3. 03Booking without a call

    Books a table

Date, time, party size and requests. The booking goes to the host’s system or messenger, and the guest gets a confirmation

  4. 04Delivery and pickup

    Orders in

Cart, address, time and online payment. The order goes straight to the POS and the kitchen, and the guest sees when it will arrive

  5. 05Banquets

    Plans a celebration

Rooms with capacities, a banquet menu and pricing by headcount. The manager gets an inquiry with a date and budget, not a “please call me back”

  6. 06Promotions and analytics

    Comes back

Rewards, promotions with end dates and Telegram updates. Analytics goals on every order and booking show which ads bring in guests

In every restaurant website

  1. 01Menu with photos, prices and portion sizes
  2. 02Sold-out items and prices from your POS
  3. 03Table booking without a phone call
  4. 04Delivery and pickup with online payment
  5. 05Delivery zones and times on a map
  6. 06Banquet rooms and event inquiries
  7. 07Promotions and events from the admin panel
  8. 08Ingredients and allergens for every dish
  9. 09Fast mobile version for guests at the door
  10. 10Analytics with goals for orders and bookings

Your delivery site, synced with the POS

A site order reaches the kitchen just like a dine-in order. Once a dish sells out, it can’t be ordered online either. Nobody re-enters orders by hand

We work with POS systems, payments and ordering channels: iiko, r_keeper, POS systems, Delivery apps, Online payments, Telegram, Maps

Before kickoff we check what your POS can do: menu and orders via API, orders sent to the manager in Telegram, or a delivery app as an extra channel. We only promise what we’ve confirmed

What matters on a restaurant website

People open the menu at the door, in a cab or from a table QR code. They need an answer in seconds, or they walk next door

  • The menu updates from your POS

A new dish, a new price or a sold-out dish changes in the POS and shows up on the site on its own. Nobody edits the menu twice

  • Prices and portions in plain sight

Guests compare portions and the bill in advance. With price and weight next to the photo, there are fewer questions for servers and fewer walkouts at checkout

  • Opening and delivery hours

Kitchen hours, last orders, delivery zones and times by address. Guests won’t place an order the kitchen can no longer take

  • Booking without a call

In the evening the host is busy with the floor and misses calls. The booking form works around the clock, and no request gets lost

  • Ingredients and allergens

Gluten-free, spicy and vegan tags plus full ingredient lists. Guests with allergies don’t have to quiz the server

  • Fast on a phone at the door

People open the menu from a table QR code or standing at the door, often on a weak connection. The page loads in seconds, with no pop-ups

Restaurant websites: packages

The cost depends on scope. We send a detailed estimate the day after the brief and don’t change it after kickoff unless the scope changes

What drives the cost

  • A POS without an open API, or different POS systems across locations
  • A custom loyalty program instead of an off-the-shelf one
  • A mobile app for guests
  • Migrating the old site with reviews and pages without losing rankings
  • Food photography and design from scratch

How a project runs

  1. 01

    Brief and estimate

    1–2 days

A 30-minute call. We check what your POS can do and how delivery works, and send a phased estimate the next day

  2. 02

    Prototype and design

    5–10 days

A clickable prototype of the menu, booking and cart, then the design. Changes happen before development, not after

  3. 03

    Phased development

    per estimate

We show each phase on a staging site and sign it off. You pay phase by phase

  4. 04

    Launch and support

    30 days

We connect the POS, payments and analytics and train your manager. A month of support is included

Common questions

Didn’t find your question? Ask it on Telegram and we’ll reply during business hours

Ask on Telegram
  1. Depends on scope; launch in 2–3 weeks

A cafe or coffee shop site comes with a menu, table booking or order-ahead, a map, reviews and an admin panel. Delivery and online payment add to the scope. You get a fixed estimate the day after the brief

  2. Depends on your POS, kitchens and zones

The cost depends on your POS, the number of kitchens and delivery zones. A basic delivery site includes the cart, online payment, delivery zones and times, pickup and order handoff to the POS. Guest accounts, rewards and multiple kitchens are part of the chain package. You get a fixed estimate after the brief

  3. Most often iiko, r_keeper and similar

If your POS has an API, we pull the menu, prices and sold-out items from it and send site orders back to the kitchen. If there’s no integration, orders go to the manager in Telegram and your CRM. We check what your POS can do before the estimate

  4. The apps take a commission on every order

Delivery apps remain a useful channel, and we don’t switch them off. Your own site lets regulars order direct with no commission, book tables and banquets, and gives you your own guest contacts

  5. Yes: size, crust and toppings with live pricing

Guests pick a size and toppings, and the price updates instantly. Combos and free items above an order total are set up in the admin panel. If your POS supports modifiers, the builder pulls them from there

  6. We don’t promise numbers before launch

It depends on your cuisine, area, prices and advertising. What we do promise: every order, booking and call will show up in analytics, and within the first month you’ll see which channel brings in guests

  7. The code is yours; hosting is your call

We hand the source code and all access over to the owner. We host the site where your guests’ data is protected under the applicable laws, or on your own server
