Online stores,built turnkey

A catalog with filters, product pages, cart, payments, shipping and inventory sync, all in one fast store. Shoppers get to checkout instead of calling a manager

Timeline
from 4 weeks

Built for your catalog, not a template

A 200-item store and a wholesale portal have different buyers and different reasons to leave without ordering. We shape the structure around your products

  • 01

A small store with its own stock

A hundred or two items, stock in a spreadsheet, orders in chat threads. You need a store that shows availability and takes payment right away

    • Catalog with prices and availability
    • Card and online payments
    • Courier, pickup and pickup points
    • Orders in one list, not in a chat
  • 02

A catalog of thousands of SKUs

With a large range, search and filters decide everything: the right item is three taps away instead of pages of scrolling

    • Filters by product attributes
    • Search that handles typos and synonyms
    • Variants and options on one page
    • Category pages that load fast
  • 03

    B2B store with contract pricing

A wholesale buyer logs in and sees their own price, stock and payment terms. Managers stop emailing price lists

    • Custom prices and discounts per client
    • Order on invoice and pay by bank transfer
    • Reorder from history
    • Invoices, delivery notes and receipts in the account
  • 04

    Clothing and shoes with sizes

One style comes in dozens of color and size combinations. Shoppers want to see their size is in stock before adding it to the cart

    • Colors and sizes on one page
    • Size chart and measurements
    • Stock for every size
    • Clear exchanges and returns
  • 05

    Groceries and local delivery

Zones and time slots decide everything: the shopper picks a convenient window, and the warehouse packs the order in time

    • Delivery zones and minimum order
    • Choice of delivery slots
    • Price per kg and order weight
    • Substitutes for out-of-stock items
  • 06

    Moving off a website builder

The store has grown, but the platform holds it back: monthly fees, someone else's limits and a field you can't add

    • We migrate products, orders and customers
    • Old URLs redirected
    • Your own admin panel with no subscription
    • Indexing checked after launch

The buyer journey to checkout

Six steps from product search to repeat purchase. At each one the store answers for itself, with no back-and-forth with a manager

  1. 01Catalog and search

    Finds the product

Lands from search straight on the right category or product page. Filters by attributes, and search understands both typos and everyday names

  2. 02Product page

    Compares and chooses

Photos, specs, availability, delivery time and reviews on one screen. Next to them: similar items and what people usually buy together

  3. 03Cart

    Adds to cart

The cart carries over between phone and computer and shows stock and shipping cost before checkout, not at the very end

  4. 04Payment and shipping

    Checks out and pays

One screen: contact details, delivery method with a calculated rate, and payment by card, online or on invoice. The receipt goes to the buyer right after payment

  5. 05Order status

    Tracks the delivery

A link to the order with its status: packed, shipped, waiting at the pickup point. The tracking number is added automatically, so there is no need to call a manager

  6. 06Account and emails

    Comes back

Order history, one-click reorder, abandoned cart and back-in-stock emails. Every step is visible in analytics

In every online store

  1. 01Catalog with filters and instant search
  2. 02Product page with variants and availability
  3. 03Cart and checkout on one screen
  4. 04Card, online and invoice payments
  5. 05Shipping rates and pickup points on a map
  6. 06Customer account with order history
  7. 07Product, price and stock sync with your accounting system
  8. 08Admin panel: products, orders, discounts and copy
  9. 09Product feeds and marketplace exports
  10. 10E-commerce analytics with goals

Products and prices from your system

Products, stock and prices live in your accounting system, not in two places at once. Sell a box at the warehouse and it is gone from the store, with no manual exports

We connect the store to accounting, receipts, payments, shipping and marketplaces: Accounting/ERP, Inventory, Bitrix24, amoCRM, Payment gateways, Bank acquiring, Shipping carriers, Courier services, Marketplaces, Shopping feeds

Before kickoff we check what your system can export: a standard module, a custom scheduled sync or a file export. We only promise what we have confirmed

The legal basics of an online store

A store takes money and customer data, so there is a required minimum. We handle the technical side; have your lawyer review the document texts

  • Terms of sale

Payment, delivery and return terms are available from any page, and buyers confirm they accept them at checkout. We build the place for the documents and the checkbox itself; your lawyer prepares the text

  • Separate consent for personal data

Consent isn't buried in the terms of sale: it is a separate document and a separate checkbox in the form. We record when the buyer agreed and to which version

  • Receipts at the moment of payment

We connect payments together with receipts, so the buyer gets one by email or text as soon as they pay. We check which service fits you before kickoff

  • Product labeling codes

If your products require mandatory labeling, the codes come from your inventory system and are passed on at the point of sale. The store invents nothing; it passes on what came from the warehouse

  • Customer data under your control

We host the store and its database with a provider in the jurisdiction you need, and backups are stored there too. All access is handed to you

  • Returns and buyer rights

Return requests are filed in the customer account, terms and deadlines are easy to find, and order correspondence is kept. A dispute is easier to resolve when everything is on record

What drives the cost

  • An accounting system without a ready sync, or a custom-built one
  • Moving off a website builder with orders, reviews and search rankings
  • A shopper mobile app on top of the store
  • A supplier portal: their own stock, prices and shipments
  • Design from scratch instead of adapting your brand identity

How a project runs

  1. 01

    Brief and estimate

    1–2 days

A 30-minute call: how many products, where your stock is tracked, how you calculate shipping. The next day we send an estimate with milestones

  2. 02

    Prototype and design

    7–12 days

First a clickable prototype of the catalog, product page and checkout, then the design. Changes happen before development, not after

  3. 03

    Development in stages

    per estimate

Catalog, cart, payments, accounting sync. We demo every stage on a staging site and close it with a sign-off

  4. 04

    Launch and support

    30 days

We migrate products, connect receipts, shipping and analytics, and train your content manager. A month of support is included

Ask on Telegram
  1. It depends on scope; the exact figure comes after the brief

The cost depends on catalog size, accounting sync and shipping methods. A 300-product store with its own stock takes 4–5 weeks; a turnkey store with accounting sync and customer accounts takes 8–10 weeks. We send an estimate with milestones the day after our call and don't raise it after kickoff unless the scope changes

  2. We build on Next.js with our own admin panel

Bitrix, WordPress and OpenCart solve the task with a template: quick at the start and cramped later. We build the store on Next.js with a custom admin panel, so the catalog loads fast, product fields can be anything, and there is no monthly platform fee. If you already have a store on Bitrix that does the job, we will tell you honestly there is no need to rebuild it

  3. Yes, if the system can export data

We pull products, prices and stock from your accounting/ERP or inventory system on a schedule and send orders back with the buyer and shipping details. If the system has no sync, we export via files or pass orders to a manager in the CRM. We check what is possible before the estimate and promise only what we have confirmed

  4. A payment gateway plus automatic receipts

We connect the payment gateway or bank acquiring service you have been approved for and link it to receipts, so the buyer gets one for every purchase. The money goes straight to your account; we have no access to it

  5. Product feeds and listing exports, yes

We build feeds for search engines and ad platforms and set up listing exports to marketplaces. Stock stays in one place, your accounting system, so the last box is never sold twice

  6. We don't promise numbers before launch

That depends on the product, prices, ads and competitors, and anyone who names a number upfront made it up. What we do promise: every step of the buyer journey will be visible in e-commerce analytics, and within a month you will see which channel brings orders and which only brings visits

  7. The code is yours, hosting is your choice

We hand over the source code, the admin panel and all access to the store owner. We host with a provider in the jurisdiction you need or on your own server. You can move to another contractor at any time without rewriting anything
