Websites for fitnessstudios and clubs

A live schedule from your club software, two-click trial booking, memberships with online payment and a member account on one fast website. For clubs, yoga studios and martial arts schools

Timeline
from 2 weeks

Built for your format, not a template

A big club and a twelve-mat stretching studio attract different people looking for different things. We build the site structure around your format

The member journey without front desk calls

Five steps from search to membership renewal. At each one, the site does the work of a busy front desk

  1. 01Class pages

    Finds the club

Separate pages for each class type and neighborhood. People land on “reformer Pilates near me”, not on a home page with a generic phone number

  2. 02Live schedule

    Checks the schedule

A week of classes with coach, room and open spots. Data comes from your club software, so a canceled class never lingers on the site

  3. 03Two-click booking

    Books a trial

Pick a class, leave a name and phone, get a confirmation and a quick guide: what to bring and when to arrive. The front desk sees the booking right away

  4. 04Online payment

    Buys a membership

Memberships and packs with prices and no fine print, card payment, receipt by email. The membership shows up in your club software instantly

  5. 05Member account

    Stays with the club

Classes left, freezes, renewals and booking for next week. Before a membership runs out, a reminder arrives with a payment link

In every club and studio website

  1. 01Class schedule filtered by coach and room
  2. 02Two-click trial class booking
  3. 03Memberships and packs with online payment
  4. 04Coach and class type pages
  5. 05Member account with classes remaining
  6. 06Freeze and renew without calling
  7. 07Moderated reviews and map ratings
  8. 08Promotions and seasonal deals from the admin panel
  9. 09Fast mobile version with a call button
  10. 10Analytics goals for bookings and payments

The site is linked to your club software

Members see the same classes and open spots as your front desk. Book a class or buy a membership — it’s already in the system. No one re-enters bookings by hand

We work with club software, payments and CRMs: Club software, Booking systems, Member apps, Online payments, Telegram, Bitrix24, amoCRM

Before kickoff we check what your software can do: a custom schedule and booking via API, a ready-made widget, or inquiries sent to the front desk via Telegram. We promise only what we’ve confirmed

What matters on a fitness website

People are choosing where to train for the next year. They aren’t looking for pretty photos but for answers: when, with whom, how much, and what happens if they have to skip a month

  • A schedule people trust

Classes, coach substitutions and cancellations come from your club software. Nobody shows up for a class that no longer exists

  • Prices without fine print

What a membership costs, what it includes and what’s extra — on one page. No “price on request” and no joining fees in small print

  • Trial in two clicks

A button on every page, a short form and instant confirmation. The front desk calls back someone who has already picked a day and time

  • Qualified coaches

Photo, education, certifications, experience and specialties. People choose a specific coach and see their classes in the schedule right away

  • Freezes and refunds in plain view

Freeze and refund terms are written in plain language, and members can freeze from their account. Fewer arguments at the front desk

  • Health before the first visit

Class pages carry a contraindications notice, and the trial form asks about health. The coach learns about limitations before the person walks in

Club websites: packages

The cost depends on scope. We send a detailed estimate the day after the brief and don’t change it after kickoff unless the scope changes

What drives the cost

  • Club software without a ready API, or different software at each location
  • Online store for sports nutrition and gear
  • Members-only online workouts by subscription
  • Migrating an existing site with reviews and pages without losing rankings
  • Custom design instead of adapting your brand style

How a project runs

  1. 01

    Brief and estimate

    1–2 days

A 30-minute call. We check what your club software can do and send an estimate broken into stages the next day

  2. 02

    Prototype and design

    5–10 days

A clickable prototype of the schedule, booking and memberships, then the design. Changes happen before development, not after

  3. 03

    Development in stages

    per estimate

Each stage goes up on a staging URL for review and is signed off before the next. Payment by stage

  4. 04

    Launch and support

    30 days

We connect your club software, payments and analytics, and train your front desk staff. A month of support is included

Common questions

Didn’t find your question? Ask it on Telegram and we’ll reply during business hours

Ask on Telegram
  1. Most club management and booking systems

If your software has an API, we build a custom schedule and booking in the site’s design. If it only has a widget, we embed it cleanly. If it has neither, inquiries go to the front desk via Telegram and into Bitrix24 or amoCRM. Before kickoff we check what your specific software can do

  2. Yes, with online card payments

We connect a payment gateway: customers pay by card and get a receipt by email. Next to the pay button are the terms of sale and the freeze and refund policy. A paid membership is passed to your club software, if it supports that

  3. Only existing members install the app

Newcomers look for a club in search and on maps, not in the app store. The site brings them in from search engines and ads, shows prices and coaches and books a trial. Once they become members, they can use the app — the schedule is the same in both places

  4. We don’t promise numbers before launch

That depends on your neighborhood, competitors, pricing and advertising. What we do promise: every trial booking, call and payment is tracked in analytics, and within the first month you’ll see which channel brings people through the door

  5. Consent in every form, compliant storage

Every form includes consent to personal data processing and a link to the privacy policy. Health questions are short and limited to what the coach needs. The site and data are hosted in line with personal data protection laws, or on your own server

  6. Fine for a brochure site, not for scheduling and payments

If your studio needs a five-page site, we’ll tell you so. When you need a live schedule from your club software, membership sales, a member account and pages for class types and neighborhoods, we build on Next.js with a custom admin panel: faster, and no monthly subscription fees

  7. Yes, we work remotely

Calls and stage reviews all happen online, so it makes no difference where your club is located. You receive the source code and all access credentials as the owner

Let’s discuss your club website

Tell us about your format and which software runs your schedule. We reply within two business hours and send an estimate the next day. We work remotely, with calls instead of office visits
