A catalog with photos of your bouquets, exact delivery windows, gift cards and a bouquet photo before dispatch on one fast website. Built for flower shops and delivery services

Timeline
from 3 weeks

Built for your format, not a template

A shop by the subway station and a wedding studio need different websites: they have different buyers and different reasons to leave without ordering

  • 01

    Neighborhood flower shops

Shoppers live nearby and want to order a bouquet from their phone, then pick it up on the way or get it within the hour

    • Storefront with bouquets in stock
    • Timed pickup
    • Local delivery with a price
    • Reviews and directions from maps
  • 02

    Flower delivery services

The whole business is online: order speed, an exact time window and peace of mind for someone sending from afar decide it

    • Delivery zones and time windows
    • Bouquet photo before dispatch
    • Order status by link
    • Online card payments
  • 03

    Signature floral design

Here people buy the florist’s style. The site has to show the work big and not hide the price

    • Portfolio by season and flower
    • A bouquet for a set budget
    • Orders from a reference photo
    • Workshops with sign-up
  • 04

    Weddings and events

Big tickets and long decisions: couples need venue examples, a clear estimate and an easy way to request a date

    • Case studies by venue
    • Bridal bouquet and boutonnieres
    • Decor estimate from a brief
    • Date booking with a deposit
  • 05

    Flowers for businesses

Offices and restaurants need regular deliveries, invoicing and one point of contact

    • Scheduled bouquet subscriptions
    • Invoices and paperwork
    • Staff greetings from a list
    • Client account
  • 06

    Flower shop chains

Several locations with different stock: the site routes each order to the shop that has the bouquet and can deliver fastest

    • Shops on a map with hours
    • Stock at every location
    • Orders routed to the right shop
    • Neighborhood pages

Bouquet orders without the back-and-forth

Five steps from search to a reorder for the next occasion. At every step the site answers for your busy florist

  1. 01Pages for real searches

    Finds the shop

Separate pages for occasions, flowers and neighborhoods. People land on “peony delivery downtown”, not a home page with a phone number

  2. 02Catalog with real photos

    Picks a bouquet

Photos of your bouquets, not stock images. Price, size and contents are visible at once, with filters by occasion, flowers and budget

  3. 03Delivery and gift card

    Sets the time

Date, time window and address with the delivery price. Card message, anonymous delivery and a call to the recipient are checkboxes, not emails

  4. 04Photo from the florist

    Sees the bouquet first

The florist photographs the finished bouquet, and the buyer gets it via Telegram or SMS and approves. The courier leaves with no doubts

  5. 05Date reminders

    Orders again

The site remembers Mom’s birthday and the anniversary: a reminder arrives three days ahead with a one-tap reorder

In every flower shop website

  1. 01Bouquet catalog with photos, contents and sizes
  2. 02Delivery by zone and time window with pricing
  3. 03Gift card, anonymous delivery and a call to the recipient
  4. 04Bouquet photo sent to the buyer before dispatch
  5. 05Online card payments on the site
  6. 06Holiday prices and storefront from the admin panel
  7. 07Date reminders and reorders
  8. 08Order panel for florists and couriers
  9. 09Fast mobile version with an order button
  10. 10Analytics with a goal for every order

The site knows what’s in stock

Stock and prices come from your inventory software, and orders and payments flow back. No one sells a bouquet that’s already out the door

We work with inventory software, payments and services: Posiflora, Accounting / ERP, Inventory software, Online payments, Telegram, Maps, Analytics

Before kickoff we check what your software can do: syncing stock and orders via API, or sending orders to your florist in Telegram and your CRM. We only promise what we have verified

What matters when selling flowers

A bouquet is bought for someone else, often from afar and at the last minute. The site has to ease the worry, not add questions

  • Real photos, not stock

Buyers get exactly what they saw on the site. The florist adds a bouquet from their phone: photo, contents, price, and it’s in the catalog

  • Exact delivery times

Time windows by zone, prep buffer and an order cap per slot. The site won’t accept an order for a time you can’t make

  • Bouquet photo before dispatch

The biggest fear when sending flowers from afar is not knowing what will arrive. A photo before dispatch removes that fear and disputed returns

  • Fair prices on holidays

Before Valentine’s Day and other peak holidays, prices and the storefront are updated in advance and switch on by date. No calls saying “that bouquet costs more now”

  • Date reminders

Buyers save the occasion and the recipient and get a reminder a few days ahead. Reordering takes no searching and no forms

  • Fast ordering on a phone

Bouquets are usually bought on the run. Order in a minute, pay in a couple of taps, with no forced sign-up

Florist websites: packages

The cost depends on scope. We send a detailed estimate the day after the brief and don't change it after kickoff unless the scope changes

What drives the cost

  • Inventory software with no ready API, or different software across shops
  • Corporate subscriptions paid by invoice
  • A mobile app for regular customers
  • Moving the old site with reviews and pages without losing rankings
  • Custom design from scratch instead of adapting your brand style

How the project runs

  1. 01

    Brief and estimate

    1–2 days

A 30-minute call. We look at how you take orders today and what your inventory software can do, then send an estimate the next day

  2. 02

    Prototype and design

    5–10 days

A clickable prototype of the catalog and checkout, then design. Changes happen before development, not after

  3. 03

    Development in stages

    per estimate

Each stage is shown on a staging site and signed off. You pay stage by stage

  4. 04

    Launch and support

    30 days

We connect inventory, payments and analytics and train your florists on the order flow. A month of support is included

Common questions

Didn’t find your question? Ask it on Telegram and we’ll reply during business hours

Ask on Telegram
  1. Most often Posiflora or your accounting system

If your software has an API, stock and prices on the site come from it and orders flow back. If not, orders reach the florist in Telegram and your CRM, and the catalog is managed in the site’s admin panel. We check what fits you before the estimate

  2. A storefront plus made-to-order bouquets

The florist adds ready bouquets from a phone in a minute. Everything else gets a card with an example, contents and price, and the site says honestly that flower shades may vary slightly depending on the delivery

  3. The florist takes it, the buyer approves

In the order panel the florist attaches a photo of the finished bouquet. The buyer gets it via Telegram or an SMS link and can approve it or ask for changes. The courier sees the status, so the bouquet won’t leave without approval

  4. Yes, if you prepare for the peak in advance

We set an order cap per time window so you never accept more than you can make. You prepare holiday prices and the storefront in advance and switch them on by date. Before the season we load-test the site

  5. We don’t promise numbers before launch

It depends on your area, ads and prices. What we do promise: every order and call is tracked in analytics, and within the first month you will see which channel brings in buyers

  6. There you rent a storefront; here you own it

If a five-page site is all you need, we will say so. When you need delivery windows, stock from your inventory, photos before dispatch and date reminders, we build on Next.js with a custom admin panel: no per-order commission and no monthly subscription

  7. The code is yours; hosting is your call

We hand over the source code and all access to the shop owner. We host where data protection laws require for buyer and recipient data, or on your own server

Let's talk about your flower shop

Tell us how you take orders today and what you use for inventory. We reply within two hours during business hours and send an estimate the next day. We work remotely: a call instead of a trip to the office
