Promos for a product, a sale or an event: bold presentation, animation, receipts and promo codes and a site that survives launch day. We hit the start date and switch off on the end date
Every promo site starts with one question: what should the participant do? Buy, upload a receipt, submit an entry or come to an event. Everything else follows from that
A new flavor, a new model, a new app. The promo has to show the product so people want to try it, without getting lost on the main brand site
A holiday discount or a two-week sale. The terms must be clear in a second, and the site must switch off exactly on the last day
Buy the product, upload the receipt or enter the code from the pack, win a prize. What matters here is not design but fair checks and protection from duplicates
Prizes are drawn among participants under rules approved by the organizer. The site takes entries and shows the results, and the way winners are picked is set in advance
A photo, a video, a recipe or a story. Participants submit entries and a jury picks the best, so the site needs uploads, moderation and a gallery
There is a date, a venue and a program. Before the event the site collects registrations, on the day it handles the rush, and afterwards it keeps the photos and results
Six steps of one campaign. At each one people know what to do next and don't drop off halfway
Someone spots the campaign on social media, in a newsletter or on the packaging. A link or QR code leads straight to the promo, not to the brand’s home page
Animation, the product up close and one “Take part” button. Everything loads fast on mobile data — most participants come from a phone
What to buy, by what date, which prizes and how to claim them. The full official rules open in one click — the organizer writes them, we make them easy to read
Uploads a receipt, enters a promo code or submits a contest entry. The form says right away whether the code was accepted, and the data consent is not hidden in fine print
The participant account shows receipt status and prizes won. We publish winners in the order and on the dates set out in the rules, and participants get an email
The campaign is over: the site shows the results and leads to the main site or the store. Subscribers who opted in to marketing stay in your database
Animation, receipts, codes and draws live on the site; ad tags, newsletters and Telegram work around it. You see which channel brought in participants
Promo site mechanics and channels: Animation, Prize draws, Receipts, Promo codes, Analytics, Social ads, Telegram, Email newsletters
A promo lives for weeks, not years. If you need a permanent page for ads, see landing page development. Before launch we run the mechanic ourselves, from receipt to prize
A promo gets no second try: the start date is set, the ads are paid for. Six things we decide before launch, not on the day things go wrong
The organizer writes the terms of entry, dates, prizes and how they are awarded together with their lawyer. We show early on which parts of the rules have to work on the site, and make the site follow them exactly
The newsletter goes out, the post goes live — and everyone shows up in the same minute. Before launch we load-test the site, serve images and video from fast delivery, and a receipt-check queue keeps the server from going down
One receipt, one entry; codes are checked against a list, repeats and suspicious series go to manual review. Bot protection sits on sign-up and uploads without getting in the way of real participants
A separate checkbox for personal data processing and another for marketing emails, with the privacy policy right next to the form. Participant data is stored in line with personal data protection laws
Where ads need disclosure labels, we agree on them with your lawyer or agency and put them in the right places. The entry deadline is fixed in advance — the site closes registration on its own
A results page, a contest archive, a participant export for the organizer. We agree up front how long the site lives after the campaign and when data that is no longer needed gets deleted
The cost depends on the mechanic, not the page count. We send an estimate the day after the brief along with an answer on whether we can make the date

A 30-minute call: product, mechanic, prizes, start date and end date. The next day we send an estimate and tell you honestly whether we can make your deadline
We map the participant journey step by step and check it against the official rules. Changes happen on the prototype, while they are quick and cheap
First the hero screen and animation, then the mechanic and the account. Everything is on a staging site, and you can run test receipts and codes yourself
Load testing, launch on the set day, close watch over the first hours. We support the site until the campaign ends and switch it off on schedule

Ask on TelegramIt depends on the mechanic
A bold launch page with animation and a form takes two to three weeks. A promo with receipt or promo code entry, a participant account and fraud protection takes four to five weeks. A large campaign with several mechanics, moderation and ongoing support starts at six weeks. The cost depends on scope: you get a fixed estimate the day after the brief
A promo is a campaign with a deadline and a mechanic
A landing page runs for a long time and collects leads for one offer from ads. A promo site lives as long as the campaign does: it has a start date, an entry mechanic, rules and a shutdown date. If you need a permanent sales page, see the landing page development section on our site
Tell us the deadline at the brief
Promo launch dates rarely move, so the timeline is the first thing we discuss. If not everything fits by the date, we suggest launching the core mechanic on time and shipping extra blocks right after. We won’t promise a deadline we can’t meet
No — you are the organizer, we build the site
The official rules, prize terms and tax matters stay with the organizer and their lawyer. We build a site that works strictly by those rules: it takes entries within the set dates, stores participant data, publishes results in the set order and provides exports for the organizer
Code checks, limits and manual moderation
Each code and receipt can be registered only once, attempts are limited, and forms have bot protection. Suspicious series of entries are not silently rejected — they go to a moderator. Every action is logged, so any disputed case can be traced
We load-test before launch
Before launch we test the site under the load expected from your media plan and see where it slows down. Heavy images and video are served fast, receipt checks run through a queue. On launch day the team is on call and watching the site
Results, archive or shutdown — agreed in advance
Registration closes on the date set in the rules. After that the site shows the results and leads to the main site or the store, or shuts down completely. We hand the participant export to the organizer and delete data that is no longer needed within the agreed time. The source code and access stay with you
Tell us what you're promoting, what the mechanic is and when you launch. We reply within two hours during business hours and send an estimate the next day
