Website CRM integration:Bitrix24 and amoCRM

Inquiries, calls, chats and orders go straight to the CRM with their source and UTM tags, without duplicates. Deal statuses sync back to the site

Timeline
from 1 week

What we connect

Connecting an online store to Bitrix24 and a form on a service website are different jobs. We start with where you are losing clients today

  • 01

    Online store and Bitrix24

A cart order becomes a deal with products, total and delivery method. Managers don't have to retype it from an email

    • Orders with line items and total
    • Payment status from the payment gateway
    • CRM status changes visible to the buyer
    • Abandoned carts in a separate pipeline
  • 02

    Service website with forms

Inquiries are few, and each one is valuable. None of them should sit in an inbox until Monday

    • Every form becomes a lead or deal
    • Page, source and UTM in the record
    • A task for the manager with a deadline
    • Instant reply to the client after submitting
  • 03

    B2B, wholesale and catalogs

Clients come back again and again: their inquiry should go to their own manager, not a general queue

    • Company lookup by tax ID
    • Quote requests with a cart of items
    • Deals assigned to the account manager
    • Form attachments right in the record
  • 04

    Calls, chats and messengers

Half of your clients don't fill in forms; they call or message. Those contacts should leave a trace in the CRM too

    • Calls with recordings and source
    • Call tracking by ad channel
    • Telegram and WhatsApp in one feed
    • A missed call becomes a callback task
  • 05

    Customer account on the website

Clients want to see what is happening with their order without having to reach a manager

    • Deal status in the account
    • Invoices and documents from the CRM
    • Reorder in a couple of clicks
    • Notifications when the stage changes
  • 06

    A broken integration

The integration was built long ago, the site got updated, and leads stopped coming through. Or they come through only some of the time

    • Finding where leads get lost
    • Moving from email or webhooks to the API
    • Switching between amoCRM and Bitrix24
    • Checks after every update

The lead journey from form to deal

Six steps where leads usually get lost. At each one the sync runs on its own, with no copy-paste

  1. 01Form, call or chat

    A client sends an inquiry

The site replies right away and remembers which page and which ad the person came from. The client doesn't wait for the CRM to respond

  2. 02Source and UTM

A deal appears in the CRM

Within seconds Bitrix24 or amoCRM has a deal in the right pipeline: name, phone, products, page and ad tags

  3. 03Contact lookup

    No duplicate is created

If the client is already in the database, the deal is linked to their contact by phone or email. One record with the full history

  4. 04Task and alert

    The manager knows instantly

The person in charge gets a task with a deadline and a Telegram message. If nobody picks up the lead within 15 minutes, the team lead sees it

  5. 05Two-way sync

The status syncs back to the site

The manager moves the deal through the pipeline, and the client sees the order stage in their account or gets an email. Nobody has to call to check

  6. 06End-to-end reports

    You see what makes money

The lead source sits next to the deal amount. The CRM and analytics show which ads bring paid orders, not just clicks

Your site and CRM talk directly

We connect the site to the CRM through its API, and calls and chats through your phone system and messengers. Everything about a client in one record

We connect websites to: Bitrix24, amoCRM, Other CRMs with an API, Phone system, Call tracking, Telegram, WhatsApp, Analytics

This page is about connecting an existing CRM. If no off-the-shelf system fits your process, see custom CRM development; for connecting your site to payments, shipping and accounting, see all integrations. We only promise what we have confirmed in your system's API

Where leads get lost

The ads are paid for, the client reached out, but there is no deal. Most often the lead vanishes between the site and the CRM, and nobody knows

  • The form sends an email

The inquiry sits in an inbox until someone copies it over by hand. On vacation, on weekends and on busy days, nobody sees it

  • Contacts multiply

One client, three records with different histories. Managers call them one after another, and reports count three new clients

  • No source or UTM

The deal exists, but nobody knows where it came from. The ad budget gets split by gut feeling, not by paid orders

  • Nobody sees the error

The CRM didn't respond, the token expired, and the inquiry vanished without a trace. We add a queue with retries and send an alert if an exchange fails

  • The manager finds out an hour later

By then the client has already called a competitor. A task with a deadline and a messenger alert arrive the same minute as the inquiry

  • The site was updated and the link broke

Someone changed a form or a plugin, and the integration silently stopped working. After every update we check the exchange with a test inquiry

CRM integration: packages

The cost depends on what data flows and in which direction. We send a detailed estimate the day after the review and don't change it after kickoff unless the scope changes

What drives the cost

  • A custom-built or legacy CRM without a ready API
  • Migrating deal history when switching CRMs
  • Several websites feeding one CRM with different pipelines
  • Complex lead routing logic
  • Website changes if forms and the cart are built in a non-standard way

How the work runs

  1. 01

    Review and estimate

    1–2 days

We look at your site, CRM and pipelines and find where leads get lost. The next day we send an estimate with milestones

  2. 02

    Exchange map

    2–3 days

Which fields go to which pipeline and to whom. We agree on it with you before development, so nothing gets redone

  3. 03

    Setup and testing

    per estimate

We build the exchange on a test copy and run inquiries, orders and failures through it. You see the result in your own CRM

  4. 04

    Launch and support

    30 days

We switch it on for the live site, watch the log and explain to your managers what has changed

Ask on Telegram
  1. It depends on scope; the estimate is fixed

Forms with source tracking and duplicate checks take about a week. A two-way online store integration with Bitrix24, covering orders, payments and statuses, takes 2–3 weeks. The cost depends on what data flows and in which direction; we quote a fixed amount after reviewing your site and CRM

  2. Sometimes it is enough, and we will say so

If a plugin does everything you need, we recommend it and set it up. We build a custom integration when the plugin doesn't pass UTM tags, creates duplicates, doesn't sync statuses back or breaks after a site update

  3. Bitrix24, amoCRM and others with an API

Most often it is Bitrix24 and amoCRM, both cloud and self-hosted. We connect other systems too if they have an open API. If you don't have a CRM yet, we will help you choose an off-the-shelf one

  4. No, we connect sites on any platform

We can send forms from Tilda, WordPress, Bitrix and custom-built sites to the CRM. The method depends on the platform: a webhook, a plugin or a small change to the site. We choose the most reliable one

  5. The inquiry waits in a queue and goes later

The site stores the inquiry and keeps retrying until the CRM responds. If the exchange fails for a long time, you get an alert. The client notices nothing

  6. Yes, together with the site and history

We switch the site's forms and orders to the new CRM and migrate contacts and deals. We map fields and pipelines in advance so nothing is lost in the move

  7. That is a separate service

When off-the-shelf systems don't fit your process, we build a custom CRM. First we check honestly whether Bitrix24 or amoCRM with a solid integration would be enough
