Websites for developersand residential projects

A stacking plan with statuses from your CRM, unit search by floor plan, a mortgage calculator and construction progress on one fast website. Buyers choose a unit before they call the sales office

Timeline
from 3 weeks

Built for your project, not a template

A promo page and a developer website with five projects have different jobs. We build the structure around what you sell

  • 01

    Sales launch promo page

Sales open in a month: you need a page that captures inquiries from the first ads while the full website is in the works

    • Live in 3–5 weeks
    • “Get prices first” form
    • Floor plans and sales launch date
    • Analytics and call tracking from day one
  • 02

    Residential project website

One project and hundreds of units: buyers need to find theirs and see right away that it’s available

    • Stacking plan with statuses from CRM
    • Search by layout, floor and price
    • Mortgage calculator
    • Construction progress month by month
  • 03

    Developer website with several projects

Several projects and phases: the site guides buyers from a shared catalog to the right project

    • Unit search across all projects
    • Project pages on one database
    • Completed buildings and deadlines met
    • Inquiry to the right project’s sales team
  • 04

    Suburban home community

Here people buy a lot and a house: the master plan, utilities and the drive to the city decide

    • Interactive master plan of lots
    • Lot statuses from CRM
    • House designs with prices
    • Utilities and directions to the community
  • 05

    Serviced apartments and resort property

Bought for vacations and rental income, often from another city: buyers need clear terms and a viewing without the trip

    • Estimated rental income
    • Property management terms
    • Multilingual versions of the site
    • Online viewing by video call
  • 06

    Commercial space in residential projects

Ground floors are sold separately: tenants and investors care about floor area, entrances and foot traffic

    • Catalog of spaces with floor plans
    • Filter by area and use
    • Storefronts, entrances and ceiling heights
    • Inquiry to a dedicated manager

What we’ve built for developers

  • Developer admin panel — a workspace for the sales team: units, stacking plan, price lists and reservations in one system; a price changes in one place and flows to the site and feeds. Modules on shared data: 5, export channels: 5. Case study
  • Volna — a resort property marketplace: developers list aparthotels for free, every unit gets its own page, and leads go straight to the sales team. Units for sale: 2,106, aparthotels: 17. Case study
  • Batumi Estate — a new-build aggregator in Georgia: partner developers’ units sync automatically. Rank in Georgia: 2, partner developers: 124. Case study
  • Horizons Batumi — marketing a Batumi developer to Russian-speaking buyers. Years on the market: 12, apartments built: 1,500. Case study

The buyer journey from ad to reservation

Six steps from the first ad impression to the manager’s call. At every step the site answers a question buyers would otherwise ask at the sales office

  1. 01Ads and search

    Finds the project

Pages for searches like “new builds with finishes near the metro” and landing pages for ads. Each one leads to units, not a generic brochure

  2. 02Project and construction

    Explores the project

Master plan, courtyards, finishes and construction progress with monthly photos. Buyers see the building rise instead of taking your word for it

  3. 03Stacking plan

    Chooses a unit

A stacking plan by building and search by layout, floor and price. Statuses come from the CRM: a reserved unit goes gray within a couple of minutes

  4. 04Calculator

    Runs the mortgage numbers

Monthly payments under partner banks’ programs, with the down payment and term. The result is marked as an estimate, with the program terms right beside it

  5. 05Reservation or inquiry

    Reserves

Reserve the chosen unit or book a viewing in a couple of taps on a phone. No need to retype the unit number and price

  6. 06Inquiry in CRM

The manager is in the loop

The inquiry arrives in the CRM with the building, floor, layout and ad source. The manager calls already knowing which unit it’s about

In every residential project website

  1. 01Stacking plan and unit search by layout
  2. 02Statuses and prices from CRM, no manual edits
  3. 03Mortgage calculator for bank programs
  4. 04Construction progress with monthly photos
  5. 05Building, phase and layout pages
  6. 06Neighborhood map and directions
  7. 07Reservation or inquiry with the chosen unit
  8. 08Documents section with a link to the official registry
  9. 09Admin panel for the sales team and marketer
  10. 10Analytics with goals and call tracking

The stacking plan syncs with your CRM

Unit statuses and prices come from the system your sales team works in. Once a unit is reserved, it goes gray on the site within a couple of minutes. Nobody edits the stacking plan by hand

We work with CRMs, ERP systems and listing portals: Real estate CRMs, Bitrix24, amoCRM, Accounting and ERP, Listing portals, XML feeds, Call tracking

Before we start, we check how your system shares data: via API, export or feed. From the same database we build listings for the listing portals, and call tracking tags every call. We only promise what we’ve confirmed

What’s required on a developer’s website

A developer’s website is also public information about the build. We build spots for mandatory disclosures into the structure, while your lawyer prepares and reviews the documents

  • Project disclosures and permits

A documents section with the project disclosure, building permit and their amendments. The sales team uploads files from the admin panel, and past versions stay in the archive

  • Link to the official registry

Where off-plan projects must be listed in a public registry and ads must say where the listing is, we link to the project’s registry page from the site and ad blocks

  • Escrow terms

We explain in plain words that buyers’ money is held in escrow until the building is completed, and name the bank you specify

  • Up-to-date prices and statuses

The price on the site matches the sales team’s price list because it comes from the CRM. Sold units don’t linger on the stacking plan, and discounted prices show the terms and end date of the offer

  • Mortgage programs with disclaimers

The rate is shown with its terms: bank, down payment, loan term and program limits. The calculator is labeled as an estimate, not an offer from the bank

  • Consent to data processing

Every form links to a separate consent document and the privacy policy, and the checkbox is never pre-ticked. Inquiries are stored in line with personal data protection laws

How a project runs

  1. 01

    Brief and estimate

    1–2 days

A 30-minute call. We find out your sales launch date and check how your CRM shares data, and the next day we send an estimate

  2. 02

    Two design concepts

    1–2 weeks

We show two directions using the project’s real content. The build starts once you’ve picked one

  3. 03

    Development in stages

    per estimate

We show each stage on a test URL and close it with a sign-off. You pay by stage

  4. 04

    Launch and support

    30 days

We connect the CRM, feeds and analytics, and train your sales team to update content. The first month of support comes at no extra cost

Ask on Telegram
  1. From three weeks to the sales launch

A promo page for the sales launch takes 3–5 weeks; a full project website with a stacking plan takes 6–10 weeks. If the launch date is already set, we plan backwards from it

  2. Yes, unit statuses come straight from your CRM

We connect to the system your sales team works in: a real estate CRM, Bitrix24, amoCRM or your accounting/ERP system. Once a unit is reserved, it goes gray on the site within a couple of minutes, and no manager has to apologize for a unit that’s already sold

  3. Two concepts before the build

First we show two directions using the project’s real content. We start building only after you pick one, so there’s no redoing a finished site

  4. We build the spots, your lawyer writes the copy

We plan a documents section, a link to the project’s page in the official registry where one exists, escrow blocks and disclaimers for mortgage programs. The copy itself, the project disclosure and the data consent are prepared and reviewed by the developer’s lawyer

  5. Yes, we set up the feeds along with the site

Listings are built from the same database as the stacking plan, so prices and availability on the portals match the site. We tag inquiries from each portal so you can see where a buyer came from

  6. It depends on how you sell

If a project has its own ad campaign and sales team, a separate site works better. If buyers choose between your projects, you need a shared developer website with a catalog. We often build both on one unit database

  7. You do, and the contract says so

Once a stage is paid, we hand over the source code, design files and access to hosting and domains. The site isn’t tied to us: your team or another contractor can maintain it
