Pharmacy websiteswith stock and reservations

Websites for pharmacies and pharmacy chains: stock at every location, search by active ingredient and reservations on one fast website. Shoppers know where a medicine is available before they leave home

Timeline
from 4 weeks

Built for your pharmacy, not a template

A neighborhood pharmacy and a chain with delivery have different shoppers and different rules. We shape the structure around your format and your permits

  • 01

    Neighborhood pharmacies

Shoppers live nearby and want to know one thing: is the medicine in stock now, and can they hold it until tonight

    • Catalog with in-store stock
    • Reserve online, pay in store
    • Hours and directions
    • Call-the-pharmacist button
  • 02

    Pharmacy chains

Dozens of locations with different stock. The site shows where a product is available right now and leads to the nearest store

    • Stock at every store on a map
    • Prices and promotions by location
    • Reservations routed to the right store
    • Store and neighborhood pages
  • 03

    Pharmacies with delivery

If your pharmacy is licensed for remote sales, the site sells only what may be sold online

    • Delivery of permitted items only
    • Prescription drugs: reserve, no delivery
    • Online payment and receipts
    • Delivery zones and times
  • 04

    Compounding pharmacies

Medicines made to a doctor’s prescription. The site has to explain how to submit a prescription and when to pick up the order

    • How prescriptions are accepted
    • Preparation times up front
    • SMS when the order is ready
    • Ad-free reference section
  • 05

    Orthopedics and medical equipment

Products are chosen by size and purpose. Shoppers need size charts, fittings and advice

    • Selection by size and specs
    • Fitting appointments
    • Delivery of products and equipment
    • Documents and warranty on the product page
  • 06

    Veterinary pharmacies

Owners look for a medicine for their pet: search by species and weight saves them a phone call

    • Catalog by animal species
    • Search by ingredient with alternatives
    • Reservation and pickup
    • Food and care in the same order

A shopper journey with no store-hopping

Five steps from search to a repeat purchase. At every step the site answers a question people used to ask by phone

  1. 01Search and alternatives

    Searches for a medicine

Search forgives typos and understands active ingredients. Alternatives with the same ingredient and strength sit alongside; any switch is up to the shopper and their doctor

  2. 02Stock by store

    Sees what’s in stock

Quantity and price at every store on a map. Stock comes from your inventory system, so no one drives to a store that has run out

  3. 03Reserve without calling

    Reserves it

Cart, store, phone number, and the order is on hold. The pharmacist sees the reservation in the inventory system right away, and the hold period is stated up front

  4. 04SMS and pickup

    Picks it up

An SMS arrives when the order is ready. Prescription drugs are dispensed in store after the prescription is checked, just like a regular purchase

  5. 05History and analytics

    Comes back

Reorder from history in a couple of taps, plus an analytics goal for every reservation: you see which ads bring shoppers to your stores

In every pharmacy website

  1. 01Catalog with stock and prices by store
  2. 02Search by name and active ingredient
  3. 03Alternatives with the same ingredient and strength
  4. 04Reservation with pickup and a ready-for-pickup SMS
  5. 05Store map with opening hours
  6. 06Leaflets and contraindications on product pages
  7. 07Promotions and seasonal picks from the admin panel
  8. 08Admin panel for pharmacists and marketing
  9. 09Fast mobile version with a call button
  10. 10Analytics with a goal for every reservation

Stock straight from inventory

Shoppers see the same stock as the pharmacist. Once they reserve, the item is on hold in your inventory system. No one checks shelves against the site by hand

We connect the site to your systems and services: Inventory / ERP, Stock by store, Availability aggregators, Online payments, SMS notifications, Maps, Bitrix24

Before kickoff we check what your inventory system exports: an API exchange, scheduled file exports, or reservations passed to your CRM. We only promise what we have verified

An online pharmacy within the law

Medicines are not ordinary products. The site sells only what your pharmacy is permitted to sell and shows everything else as reference information with reservations

  • License and permits

Only a licensed pharmacy with a separate permit for remote sales can deliver medicines. Without one, the site works as a storefront with reservations

  • Prescription drugs apart

We don’t sell prescription drugs for delivery unless the law explicitly allows it. On the site they can be found and reserved; dispensing happens in store with a prescription

  • Drug serialization

Where track-and-trace rules apply, serialized products are recorded as sold in your inventory system. The site passes the order there and never bypasses that process

  • Leaflets on product pages

Every medicine has its leaflet, dosage form and a contraindications warning. Dietary supplements are clearly separated from medicines

  • Shopper data where it belongs

Phone numbers and orders are stored where the law requires, every form asks for consent to data processing, and the privacy policy is easy to find

  • Checked with your lawyer

We don’t make legal decisions for your pharmacy: your documents and your lawyer define what you sell online and how. We build the site within those limits

Pharmacy websites: packages

The cost depends on scope. We send a detailed estimate the day after the brief and don't change it after kickoff unless the scope changes

What drives the cost

  • An inventory system with no ready API, or different systems across stores
  • A drug reference with its own structure and moderation
  • A mobile app for chain customers
  • Moving an old site with its catalog without losing rankings
  • Custom design from scratch instead of adapting your brand style

How the project runs

  1. 01

    Brief and estimate

    1–2 days

A 30-minute call. We confirm what your pharmacy is permitted to do and what your inventory system exports, then send an estimate the next day

  2. 02

    Prototype and design

    1–2 weeks

A clickable prototype of the catalog, search and reservations, then design. Changes happen before development, not after

  3. 03

    Development in stages

    per estimate

Each stage is shown on a staging site and signed off. You pay stage by stage

  4. 04

    Launch and support

    30 days

We connect stock feeds, analytics and SMS and train your staff. A month of support is included

Ask on Telegram
  1. Only if you hold a permit for it

Delivering medicines is possible for a licensed pharmacy with a remote sales permit, and only for products that may be sold that way. Without a permit, we build a storefront with reservations and pickup. The pharmacy decides on the model with its lawyer, and we build the site around it

  2. Reserve online, dispensed in store with a prescription

Prescription drugs can appear in the catalog as reference information and be reserved. They are dispensed in store after the prescription is checked. We don’t enable delivery of prescription drugs unless the law explicitly allows it in your case

  3. From your inventory system

Stock and prices for every store are synced from your inventory system on a schedule, and reservations go back to it. With an API the exchange is direct; without one, it runs on export files. Before kickoff we check what your system can do and only promise what we have confirmed

  4. Yes, by active ingredient

We match products with the same active ingredient, dosage form and strength and list them together. The site never recommends a switch: a note alongside reminds shoppers to agree any substitution with their doctor or pharmacist

  5. We don’t promise numbers before launch

It depends on your area, range, prices and advertising. What we do promise: every reservation and call is tracked in analytics, and within the first month you will see which channel brings in shoppers

  6. Yes, without losing URLs

We move the catalog, copy and store pages, set up redirects from old URLs and check indexing after launch. We can start with an audit of your current site

  7. Where the law requires

We host the site where data protection laws require, or on your own server, so phone numbers and orders stay in the right jurisdiction. The source code and all access go to the pharmacy owner
