Connect your siteto CRM, ERP, shipping

We connect your website to Bitrix24, accounting, payments, shipping and marketplaces. Leads, orders and stock sync on their own, so nobody copies them by hand

Timeline
from 1 week

Six kinds of website integration

It usually starts with one link, such as leads into the CRM. Then payments, shipping and inventory join in, and they need to work as one system

  • 01

    CRM: leads and deals

Connecting Bitrix24 or amoCRM to your website: an inquiry instantly becomes a deal, not an email someone has to copy over

    • Leads and orders become deals
    • Ad tags and lead source
    • Deal status synced back to the site
    • Bitrix sites with Bitrix24
  • 02

    Accounting and inventory

The catalog, prices and stock come from your accounting system, and orders go back. The sync runs on a schedule or on events, with no manual exports

    • Products, prices and stock
    • Website orders into accounting
    • Inventory and ERP systems
    • Scheduled or instant sync
  • 03

    Payments and receipts

Online payments wired in together with receipts: money arrives, the order is marked paid, the receipt goes to the buyer, and no manager has to tick a box

    • Payment gateways and banks
    • Automatic receipts
    • Refunds and partial payments
    • Payment reconciliation with orders
  • 04

    Shipping and warehouse

Shipping carrier integration: buyers see the cost and delivery time in the cart, and the order turns into a shipment on its own

    • Shipping rates in the cart
    • Pickup points on a map
    • Shipment creation and tracking
    • Delivery status for the client
  • 05

    Phone and messengers

A call, a Telegram message and a website form all land in one client record instead of three different places

    • Calls in the CRM with recordings
    • Leads sent to managers in Telegram
    • Order status notifications
    • Call tracking by source
  • 06

    External APIs and feeds

Connecting your online store to marketplaces, exporting feeds and syncing with any service that has an API

    • Marketplaces: products and orders
    • Feeds for shopping ads
    • Maps, exchange rates, reference data
    • Your own API for partners

Data flow with no copy-paste

Six steps from a website order to a log entry. A failure at any step loses no data

  1. 01Event

    Something happens on the site

A buyer places an order, pays for it or leaves an inquiry. The site records the event and responds right away without waiting for the CRM

  2. 02Queue

    The data joins a queue

The order isn't pushed through directly; it goes into a queue. If the external system is slow, the site doesn't notice and keeps working

  3. 03Delivery

    The system accepts it

The CRM, accounting system or carrier receives the data in its own format. Every record gets a unique key, so there are no duplicates

  4. 04Retry

    A failure, then a retry

The service didn't respond or returned an error: the attempt repeats in a minute, then in five. The order isn't lost while the system is down

  5. 05Two-way sync

    Changes flow back

A manager changes the deal status, the warehouse ships, the courier delivers. The site learns about it on its own and shows the client the current status

  6. 06Exchange log

    Everything is in the log

What went out, what came in, where the error is: all on one admin page. You learn about stuck exchanges from an alert, not from a buyer

In every integration

  1. 01API and documentation review before kickoff
  2. 02An exchange queue that never slows the site
  3. 03Retries on failure with growing intervals
  4. 04Protection against duplicate orders and deals
  5. 05Exchange log in the admin panel
  6. 06Error alerts in Telegram
  7. 07Access keys kept outside the site code
  8. 08A staging environment before going live
  9. 09One-click manual retry
  10. 10A guide and a month of post-launch support

What we connect your site to

CRM, accounting, payments, shipping, calls and marketplaces. If a service has an API, your site can talk to it

We integrate websites with: Bitrix24, amoCRM, Accounting/ERP, Inventory, Payment gateways, Online receipts, Shipping carriers, Courier services, Cloud telephony, Telegram, Marketplaces, Shopping feeds

Before kickoff we read the documentation and test the sandbox access: what the service returns, what its limits are and how it reports errors. We only promise what we have confirmed

Why integrations break and what we do

Linking two services in an evening is easy. The hard part is making the link survive the first failure, an API update and a big sale

  • No retries on failure

The service didn't respond for five seconds, and the order is gone. We queue every exchange and retry it until the system accepts the data

  • Data gets duplicated

One inquiry turns into three deals, a buyer gets two receipts. Every record has its own key: a retry updates it instead of creating a new one

  • The API changes without notice

A service renamed a field and the sync quietly broke. We validate responses at every step and alert you right away if the format changes

  • Nobody sees the errors

The problem surfaces when a client calls asking "where is my order". The log shows every exchange, and errors trigger a message to the person in charge

  • Access keys live in the code

A payment or CRM password in the source code is a risk every time the project changes hands. We store keys separately and give each service the minimum rights

  • One integration takes down the site

The shipping service is down, so the cart won't open. We isolate exchanges: if an external service fails, the site keeps taking orders

Integrations: packages

The cost depends on scope. We send a detailed estimate the day after the review and don't change it after kickoff unless the scope changes

  • Single integration

    Custom quote

    1–2 weeks

    • Your site and one service: CRM, payments or shipping
    • One-way data transfer
    • Retries on failure and a log
    • Error alerts
    Get an estimate
  • Turnkey store

    Custom quote

    3–4 weeks

    • CRM, payments with receipts and shipping
    • Two-way sync with statuses
    • Queue and duplicate protection
    • Exchange log in the admin panel
    Get an estimate
  • Complex exchange setup

    Custom quote

    from 6 weeks

    • Accounting, warehouse and marketplaces
    • Several systems in one chain
    • Your own API for partners
    • Monitoring and data reconciliation
    Get an estimate

What drives the cost

  • A service with no documentation or an outdated API
  • A custom-built or heavily modified accounting system
  • Migrating order and client history from an old system
  • Many warehouses, legal entities or price lists in one setup
  • Real-time sync instead of a schedule

How a project runs

  1. 01

    Review and estimate

    1–2 days

A 30-minute call. We look at the systems you have and what their APIs can do, and send an estimate the next day

  2. 02

    Exchange map

    2–5 days

Which data goes where, in which direction and how often. We agree on the map before writing code, so nothing gets redone

  3. 03

    Development and testing

    per estimate

We build the exchanges in a staging environment and simulate failures: we switch a service off and check that nothing gets lost

  4. 04

    Launch and support

    30 days

We go live on real data, watch the log and train your managers. A month of support is included

Common questions

Didn’t find your question? Ask it on Telegram and we’ll reply during business hours

Ask on Telegram
  1. Yes, the CRM doesn't care about your platform

Bitrix24 integrates with a website through its API, so a site on any platform works. If your site runs on Bitrix, we connect it to Bitrix24 with the built-in tools where they are enough and build whatever is missing

  2. It depends on scope; the estimate is fixed

It is usually a single integration: shipping rates in the cart, pickup point selection on a map, shipment creation and statuses for the buyer. If you need payments and a CRM alongside shipping, the Turnkey store package is the better deal

  3. If a plugin fits, we will say so

For a standard store, a ready-made plugin is often fine. A custom integration is needed when the plugin can't retry exchanges, creates duplicates, doesn't see your fields, or when several systems have to work in one chain

  4. The site keeps working, the data waits

Exchanges sit in a queue. While the service is unavailable, orders pile up and go out once it recovers. The log shows what is waiting to be sent, and the person in charge gets a failure alert

  5. Yes, through marketplace APIs

We export products, prices and stock and pull orders into shared records. Stock on the site and on marketplaces comes from one source, so the same item is never sold twice

  6. Yes: products, prices and orders

Syncing products, prices, stock and orders with an accounting system is a common task. Before kickoff we look at your configuration and what it can export, and only then quote the timeline and cost

  7. Everything is handed over to you

The integration source code, the exchange map and the guide stay with you. Service access keys are registered to your company, and we work with limited permissions
