We’ll help you build your own goods or services marketplace: seller and buyer accounts, moderation, reviews, secure payments and payouts with a platform commission
A contractor platform and a classifieds board make money differently. We start every marketplace build with who pays and for what
Clients buy a person, not a product: they choose by portfolio, reviews and how fast someone replied
Hundreds of sellers and thousands of listings: an orderly catalog matters more than a pretty home page
Procurement comes with a spec and a volume, not for a one-click purchase
The product is time: homes, equipment or venues aren’t always free, and the calendar has to be honest
The parties don’t know each other, so the money waits on the platform until the order is accepted
Posting an ad is easy, and the platform earns from those who want to sell faster
Six steps where two sides meet. The platform owns every one, not just the storefront
Profile, company details and documents. A moderator verifies the seller before buyers can see them, and the seller can track the review status
Photos, prices, specs and availability — by hand or uploaded from a file. Each listing goes to moderation and appears in the catalog once approved
Filters by price, city and rating, and offers from different sellers compared on one page. Every category is its own page for search engines
The card is charged, but the seller doesn’t get the money right away: the payment waits until the buyer confirms everything arrived
Only verified buyers can leave a review. The seller’s rating is built from those reviews and affects their position in results
The platform keeps its commission and sends the rest to the seller. The account shows every sale, the commission and the payout date
The buyer pays on the platform, the order goes out for delivery, and the seller hears about it instantly. No one forwards payment screenshots
We connect payment and business services: Online payments, Secure payments, Escrow, Delivery services, SMS gateway, Telegram, Bitrix24, amoCRM, Search and filters
Before kickoff we check what the payment provider offers for your specific model: payment holds, seller payouts, platform commission. Only a confirmed setup goes into the estimate
Marketplaces break on rules, not code. We answer these questions before development, drawing on platforms we’ve built
Buyers don’t need an empty catalog, and sellers don’t need a platform without buyers. We decide upfront who to invite first and what they get for the risk: a free period, help with listings, import from a file
Rules for photos, titles and prices, a review queue and clear rejection reasons. Sellers know what to fix, and moderators don’t drown in the same questions
What happens if the item never arrived or the work was done wrong. A dispute button, response deadlines, a moderator’s decision and a refund without back-and-forth in private messages
Your sellers will include companies, sole proprietors and freelancers. We support different payout and paperwork schemes technically; which one fits your platform is up to you, your accountant and your lawyer
Only buyers with a completed order can leave a review, and moderators see suspicious spikes. A rating no one trusts is worse than none at all
We build in places for the rules, terms of service and consents, their acceptance at sign-up and version history. Your lawyer writes the texts — we don’t pass off a template as legal protection
The cost depends on the deal model and scope. We send a detailed estimate after the brief and don’t change it after kickoffunless the scope changes

from 20 weeks
We break down the model: who sells, who pays, how the platform makes money. We send an estimate with stages and what goes into the first launch
A clickable prototype of the accounts and the deal flow, then design. Changes happen before development, not after
Each stage is shown on a staging address and signed off. You pay by stage
We connect payments, notifications and analytics and train your moderators. A month of support is included

Ask on TelegramDepends on scope; a fixed estimate after the brief
It depends on the deal model. A first launch with a catalog, accounts for both sides, moderation and reviews takes 10–12 weeks. Secure payments, commission and payouts add to the scope, and a large platform with promotion and ERP integration takes from 20 weeks. You get a fixed estimate after the brief
Sometimes it’s enough to test an idea
If you need to test demand quickly, we’ll tell you so. But a custom deal model, commission, moderation rules and payouts almost always run into the script’s limits. We build the platform around your model, and the source code stays with you
The money waits until the order is accepted
The buyer pays through the platform, and the payment is held by the payment provider. Once receipt is confirmed, the platform takes its commission and sends the rest to the seller. If a dispute is open, the payout waits for the moderator’s decision
Yes, and that’s usually the smart move
The first launch is a catalog, accounts and inquiries. Once you have sellers and first deals, we add payments through the platform, commission and promotion. We lay out the architecture from day one so nothing has to be rewritten later
Yes: Brigadir and Bolshe Zeleni
Brigadir is a private home-building marketplace with a catalog of vetted contractors, house designs, ratings and escrow payments. Bolshe Zeleni is a landscaping services marketplace with contractor profiles and filters by city and budget. Both projects are in our case studies
Technically yes, legally no
We build acceptance of rules and terms, version history, and different payout schemes for companies, sole proprietors and freelancers. The document texts and the choice of scheme stay with your lawyer and accountant: we don’t give legal guarantees
The code is yours; hosting is your choice
We hand over the source code and credentials to the platform owner. We host it with a reliable provider in the region where your user data needs to stay, or deploy it on your own server
Tell us who will sell, who will buy and how the platform makes money. We’ll set up a call at a time that works for you. We reply within two business hours
