Website improvementsnothing broken, no surprises

New sections and features, calculators, CRM and payment integration, bug fixes and speed. We take on WordPress and 1C-Bitrix sites, including ones built by other contractors. We review the code first, then quote the price and timeline

What needs improving on your site

The site works, but something is missing or getting in the way. We take on a specific task and deliver a result you can verify

  • 01

    A new section or feature

The site mostly works, but the business has grown: you need a service catalog, a customer account, a filter or a blog. We build it in as if it had been there from the start

    • Sections in your site’s design
    • Filters, search and sorting
    • Customer account
    • Managed from the admin panel
  • 02

    Calculator or complex form

Clients want to know the price before they call, and managers want an inquiry with every detail. We calculate by your formulas and build the form around your process

    • Pricing by your formulas and price list
    • Multi-step forms with validation
    • File and photo uploads
    • Prices change without a developer
  • 03

    CRM and payment integration

Inquiries get lost between email and messengers, and payments come in by manual bank transfer. We connect the site to your CRM, payment gateway and delivery services

    • Inquiries straight to Bitrix24 or amoCRM
    • Online payments and receipts
    • Sync with your accounting/ERP and warehouse
    • Analytics goals for every inquiry
  • 04

Bugs left by a previous contractor

The form goes silent, the cart resets, something breaks on save in the admin panel. We dig into someone else’s code and fix the cause, not the symptom

    • Code audit and a list of issues
    • Form and cart fixes
    • Errors in the server log
    • Access and order in your hosting
  • 05

    Speeding up a slow site

Pages take five seconds to load, and some visitors leave before they do. We find what slows the site down and remove it step by step

    • Speed measured before and after
    • Compressed images and fonts
    • Caching and lighter database queries
    • Unneeded scripts and plugins gone
  • 06

    Mobile adaptation

Most visitors come from phones, but the site was built for a desktop monitor: tiny text, buttons you can’t tap, tables running off the edge

    • Layout for any screen
    • Call and messenger buttons
    • Easy forms on a phone
    • Testing on real devices

The task journey from brief to warranty

Six steps, and at each one you know what’s happening. We don’t touch the live site until you approve the result

  1. 01In your own words

    You describe the task

What needs improving on the site and why. A couple of sentences, a screenshot or a voice message is enough. No need to write a technical spec up front

  2. 02Short audit

We review the code and estimate

We get access and figure out how the site is built: what it runs on, what hasn’t been updated in a while, where bugs already exist. Without that, any estimate is a guess

  3. 03Estimate with stages

We agree on timeline and cost

We send exactly what we’ll do, how long it will take and what it costs. The price is fixed before we start and doesn’t grow unless the task changes

  4. 04Staging copy

We work on a staging copy

We don’t touch the live site: we spin up a copy and make the changes there. Meanwhile, your customers keep sending inquiries and paying for orders

  5. 05Review and release

We show it and release it

You check the result on the copy and approve the work. We release during quiet hours, then check forms, payments and key pages

  6. 0630-day warranty

    One-month warranty

If a bug turns up in our work within a month, we fix it for free. After that, you can bring the next task or switch to ongoing support

In every improvement

  5. 05Layout that matches your current design
  6. 06Testing on phones and in browsers
  7. 07Form and payment checks after release
  8. 08Code in version control

We work with what you already have

We don’t suggest rewriting everything from scratch if the site can be improved. We learn your platform and follow its logic

We improve sites on these platforms: 1C-Bitrix, WordPress, MODX, OpenCart, Next.js, React, Laravel, Bitrix24

If the site runs on a custom-built system or an old platform version, we review the code first and tell you what the work will take. If rebuilding is cheaper, we’ll say so before work starts

How we avoid breaking a working site

The site brings in inquiries every day, and improvements shouldn’t stop that. Every change can be checked and undone

  • We work on a staging copy

We spin up a copy of the site with the same data and make the changes there. The live site keeps taking inquiries while we work

  • Backup before release

Before every change we save the files and the database. If something goes wrong, there’s a restore point, and it’s been tested in advance

  • Releases during quiet hours

We ship changes in the evening or early morning, when traffic is lowest. If needed, we agree on the time with you

  • Form and payment checks

After release we submit an inquiry ourselves, go through the cart and checkout, and make sure the email arrived and the deal showed up in the CRM

  • Code in version control

Every change is recorded: what changed, when and why. The next developer won’t have to guess how things work

  • Rollback in minutes

If a problem surfaces after release, we restore the previous version within minutes and then calmly look into the cause

Website improvements: packages

The cost depends on scope. We name an exact price after a short audit and don’t change it after kickoff unless the task changes

    • One improvement or fix
    • Audit of the relevant code

  • Improvement package

    Custom quote

    2–3 weeks

    • Several tasks in one plan
    • Calculator, form or new section
    • CRM or payment integration

    • Speed and mobile fixes across the site
    Get an estimate

What drives the cost

  • A custom-built system with no documentation or source code
  • An outdated platform version that has to be upgraded first
  • Sync with an accounting/ERP system that has no ready-made module
  • No access to hosting and the domain, so it has to be recovered
  • A new section design instead of matching the current style

How the work runs

  1. 01

    Task and access

    1 day

A 20-minute call or a chat. We find out what needs doing and get access to the site and hosting

  2. 02

    Audit and estimate

    1–3 days

We review the code and send an estimate: what we’ll do, in what order, what it costs and when it will be ready. You get the list of issues we found either way

  3. 03

    Work on the copy

    per estimate

We make the changes on a staging copy and show interim results. Larger packages are split into stages, each closed with a sign-off

  4. 04

    Release and warranty

    30 days

We release, check forms and payments, and hand over a short guide. For a month, we fix any bugs found at no charge

Ask on Telegram
  1. It depends on the task and the code

The cost depends on the scope and the state of the code. A one-off improvement or fix takes from three days; a package of several tasks, such as a calculator plus CRM integration, takes two to three weeks. We give you a fixed price after a short audit, and it doesn’t change unless the task does

  2. So the estimate is honest

The same button takes an hour on a tidy site and a day on a tangled one. The audit doesn’t take long and shows what we’ll be working with. You also get a list of issues worth fixing, even if you don’t tackle them now

  3. Yes, and on other platforms too

WordPress, 1C-Bitrix, MODX, OpenCart, and sites built on Next.js, React and Laravel. We connect sites to Bitrix24. If the site runs on a custom-built system, we review the code first and tell you honestly whether it’s worth improving

  4. Yes, that’s the usual case

Most sites people bring us for improvements were built by someone else. We dig into the code, gather the access details and document how everything works. If the code is so bad that rebuilding is cheaper, we’ll say so before any work starts

  5. No, we work on a copy

All changes happen on a staging copy of the site. The live site keeps taking inquiries and orders. We release during quiet hours with a backup, then check forms and payments. If something goes wrong, we roll back within minutes

  6. A specific task vs. monthly maintenance

An improvement is a task with a clear result, timeline and price: built, released, under warranty. Support is monthly maintenance with updates, backups and hours for small edits. One often leads to the other: after an improvement, you can keep the site with us for support

  7. We fix it for free within a month

Everything we do comes with a one-month warranty. If something in the part we worked on doesn’t behave as agreed, we fix it at no extra cost. Bugs in parts of the site we didn’t touch are discussed separately
