Turnkey websitesfor hotels

Rooms with real photos, rates by date and booking through your own engine with no OTA commission. Guests choose and pay on your site instead of leaving to compare prices elsewhere

Timeline
from 3 weeks

Built for your format, not a template

A hostel guest and a resort guest look for different things and leave a site for different reasons. We shape the structure around your format

  • 01

    City hotels

Guests come for business or a weekend and compare your rate with the OTAs. The site has to show the same dates for less, or with a perk

    • Rooms by category with photos
    • Booking engine with rates by date
    • Transfers, parking, breakfast
    • A page for business travel and companies
  • 02

    Boutique hotels and guesthouses

Ten rooms and one front desk manager. The site answers questions in their place and takes bookings at night

    • Simple booking, no phone call
    • House rules in plain sight
    • Directions and parking
    • Reviews from maps
  • 03

    Hostels

Guests count every dollar and book a bed, not a room. They care about the price per bed, quiet nights and where to leave their bags

    • Book a bed in a female or mixed dorm
    • Nightly price right in the list
    • Kitchen, showers, luggage storage
    • Multilingual pages
  • 04

    Countryside resorts

People come for the weekend with friends or family. Photos of the grounds, the cabins and things to do close the deal

    • Cabins and cottages on a site map
    • Sauna, rentals, workshops
    • Holiday and weekend packages
    • Corporate retreats and off-site events
  • 05

    Aparthotels and apartments

Guests stay a week or longer. They need a kitchen, a washing machine and a clear discount for longer stays

    • Rate drops as nights add up
    • Floor plans and amenities
    • Keyless check-in with a code
    • Long-term rentals on request
  • 06

    Hotel groups

Several locations, one brand. The site helps guests pick the hotel closest to where they need to be and never mixes up the rates

    • Search across every property
    • A dedicated page for each location
    • One loyalty program
    • Bookings go to the right hotel

The guest journey to a direct booking

Six steps from search to a repeat stay. At every step, the site answers so your busy front desk doesn’t have to

  1. 01Search and maps

    Finds the hotel

Pages for each area, occasion and format: “hotel near the station”, “countryside getaway with a sauna”. Guests see the address on a map and the reviews

  2. 02Rooms and photos

    Picks a room

Categories with real photos, floor area, beds and the view. The difference between a standard and a family room is clear at a glance

  3. 03Booking engine

    Checks the dates

Rates and availability come straight from the booking engine. Guests see exactly what the front desk sees, no “call us to confirm”

  4. 04Payment and confirmation

    Books direct

Card prepayment, with the cancellation policy right above the button. The confirmation email arrives instantly, and no commission goes to an OTA

  5. 05Pre-arrival emails

    Gets ready for the trip

A couple of days before arrival: directions, check-in time and an offer to add breakfast, a transfer or late checkout

  6. 06Reviews and repeat stays

    Comes back

After checkout: a review request and a promo code for the next trip. Analytics shows which ad brought in each booking

In every hotel website

  1. 01Booking engine styled to match the site
  2. 02Rooms by category with photos and rates
  3. 03Service pages: breakfast, transfers, spa
  4. 04Special offers with dates set in the admin panel
  5. 05House rules and cancellation policy
  6. 06Reviews and ratings from maps
  7. 07Map, directions and how to get there
  8. 08Multilingual version for international guests
  9. 09Fast mobile version with a call button
  10. 10Analytics with a goal on every booking

Bookings from your system

The booking engine pulls rooms and rates from the same source as the OTAs. A guest books, and the room closes everywhere. Nobody checks the availability grid against the site by hand

We work with booking systems, travel platforms and payment services: TravelLine, Booking engine, Channel manager, Online travel agencies, Online payments, Maps

Before kickoff we check your system: a booking engine styled to match the site, online payment, and online travel agencies as extra sales channels. We only promise what we’ve confirmed

What matters on a hotel website

Guests decide where to stay on their phones, often late at night. They need answers before they call, or they go back to the OTA

  • Direct bookings earn more

Every OTA booking costs you a commission. On your own site guests book without a middleman, and that money stays with the hotel

  • Rates and availability, no manual syncing

The booking engine pulls rooms from the same channel manager as the OTAs. The same room can’t be sold twice

  • Real room photos, not renders

Guests want to see their room: the bed, the bathroom, the view. We build galleries by category that the front desk updates on its own

  • Rules and cancellation before payment

Check-in and checkout times, kids, pets, cancellation fees — all above the pay button. Fewer disputes and refunds later

  • Star rating and credentials

If your hotel holds an official classification or registration, we show it on the site. It puts guests at ease

  • Guest data handled by the book

Inquiries are stored in line with personal data protection laws, and the booking engines we use do the same. Consent and a privacy policy on every form

Hotel websites: packages

The cost depends on scope. We send a detailed estimate the day after the brief and don’t change it after kickoff unless the scope changes

    • Your system’s booking engine

What drives the cost

  • A custom booking form instead of the system’s ready-made engine
  • Different booking systems across the group’s hotels
  • Guest account and loyalty program
  • Migrating the old site and its reviews without losing rankings
  • Photo shoots of rooms and grounds, design from scratch

How a project runs

  1. 01

    Brief and estimate

    1–2 days

A 30-minute call. We look at the system you manage rooms in and what it can do, and send a phased estimate the next day

  2. 02

    Prototype and design

    5–10 days

A clickable prototype of the room and booking pages, then the design. Changes happen before development, not after

  3. 03

    Phased development

    per estimate

We show each phase on a staging site and sign it off. You pay phase by phase

  4. 04

    Launch and support

    30 days

We connect the booking engine, payments and analytics and train your front desk. A month of support is included

Common questions

Didn’t find your question? Ask it on Telegram and we’ll reply during business hours

Ask on Telegram
  1. Most often TravelLine and similar platforms

These systems come with a booking engine for your site and a channel manager that keeps rates and availability identical on the site and on the OTAs. We embed the engine and style it to match the design. If your system isn’t on our list, we check it before the estimate

  2. So some bookings come in commission-free

OTAs bring in new guests, and there’s no need to drop them. But returning guests, companies and people who found you on the map can book direct. On every such booking, the commission stays with the hotel

  3. Depends on your contract with the platform

Rate parity terms differ from platform to platform, so we check your contract first. Often, instead of a discount, direct bookers get a perk: breakfast, late checkout or a transfer. These packages are set up in the booking engine

  4. We don’t promise numbers before launch

It depends on location, season, rates and advertising. What we do promise: every booking and call will show up in analytics, and within the first month you’ll see which channel brings in guests

  5. Through the booking engine or a payment gateway

Most booking engines take prepayments on their own. If you need to sell services or gift cards separately from bookings, we connect a payment gateway. Receipts go out through your existing billing setup

  6. Yes, a second language is in the mid-tier package

We translate the room, service and policy pages, and the booking engine switches to the same language. Additional languages are scoped separately

  7. The code is yours; hosting is your call

We hand the source code and all access over to the hotel owner. We host the site where your guests’ data is protected under the applicable laws, or on your own server

Let’s talk about your hotel website

Tell us how many rooms you have and which system you manage them in. We reply within two business hours and send an estimate the next day. We work remotely: a video call instead of an office visit
