Websites for banksand insurers

Websites for banks, insurers and brokerages: products with calculators, applications with data validation, a customer portal and disclosures on one fast website. Terms shown next to the price, with no promises of returns

Timeline
from 4 weeks

Built for your business, not a template

A bank and a financial advisor have different products, different requirements and different customer questions. We build the structure around your products

  • 01

    Banks and lenders

Many products, many documents and strict rules. Customers need to find their product and its terms fast, without wandering through menus

    • Deposits, loans and cards catalog
    • Calculators showing the total cost
    • Regulatory disclosures section
    • API link to the bank’s systems
  • 02

    Insurance companies

Customers compare policies and want a price before talking to an agent. And when something happens, they look for who to call

    • Online policy quotes
    • Policy terms next to the price
    • A “File a claim” section
    • Claims and documents via the portal
  • 03

    Insurance brokers and agents

You work with several insurers. The site should show the options honestly and collect requests for a policy match

    • Policy matching by questionnaire
    • List of partners and agreements
    • Requests straight into the CRM
    • Policy renewal reminders
  • 04

    Brokers and asset managers

Trust decides everything. No promises of returns: terms, risks and documents in plain sight, account opening without extra steps

    • Fees and commissions in one table
    • Risks stated for every product
    • Questionnaire and data checks
    • Documents and reports in the portal
  • 05

    Leasing and business loans

The customer is a company. It needs to see the payment schedule and which documents to prepare before applying

    • Payment schedule calculator
    • Application with a company ID check
    • Document checklist per product
    • Application status for the client
  • 06

    Financial advisors

You sell expertise, not a product. The site shows who you are, how you work and what a consultation costs

    • Services and how you work
    • Paid consultation booking
    • Articles and reviews without promises
    • Licensing and credentials disclosed

The customer journey with no branch visit

Six steps from finding a product to the customer portal. At each one, the site explains the terms and takes work off your staff

  1. 01Catalog and search

    Finds a product

A separate page for every deposit, loan or policy. Customers land right on the product they need, not on a home page full of banners

  2. 02Calculator

    Runs the numbers

Amount, term and payment are calculated from your rates. The total cost and the terms that drive it sit right alongside — not just the lowest rate

  3. 03Smart form

    Applies

The form validates ID, tax number and phone formats before submission. A draft is saved if the customer gets distracted halfway through

  4. 04Data checks

    Gets verified

The application goes to your scoring engine or to a staff member. Where you have access, data is pulled from a digital ID service so customers don’t retype it

  5. 05E-signature

    Signs documents

The contract and consents are signed online through a connected e-signature service or an SMS code, if your process allows it

  6. 06Customer portal

    Uses the portal

Contracts, payment schedule, policies and notifications in one place. Customers don’t call support to find out when a payment is due

In every financial website

  1. 01Product catalog with terms and rates
  2. 02Calculators built on your formulas
  3. 03Application forms with data validation
  4. 04Disclosures section with an archive
  5. 05Documents and rates with publication dates
  6. 06Data processing consent in every form
  7. 07Change log in the admin panel
  8. 08Staff roles with different permissions
  9. 09Fast mobile version
  10. 10Analytics with a goal for every application

Applications go straight to your systems

The calculator runs on your rates, the questionnaire goes to scoring and the CRM, documents are signed online. No one copies applications from email by hand

We connect services and systems: Calculators, Scoring, Company ID checks, Digital ID, Bitrix24, amoCRM, E-signature

Before kickoff we check what you have access to: back-office APIs, scoring, an e-signature service. Digital ID sign-in and government data exchange are connected where they apply to your organization. We promise only what we’ve confirmed

What finance demands

Financial services have strict rules for websites and advertising. We build the site so there is a place and a way to meet them, while your lawyer checks the documents and wording

  • Regulatory disclosures

A dedicated section for documents your financial regulator requires you to publish: licenses, reports, rates — with dates and an archive of past versions

  • Balanced advertising

Financial advertising is regulated. The site makes no promises of returns or “guarantees”, and every attractive figure sits next to the terms it depends on

  • Total cost next to the rate

For credit products, the total cost and key terms are shown next to the rate and payment, in plain view, not in a footnote

  • Personal data

Consent in every form, a visible privacy policy, storage in line with personal data protection laws. We collect only the fields you actually need

  • Audit log

The admin panel records who changed a rate, document or product text, and when. During an audit you can see what was published on any given day

  • Secure forms

Encryption, bot and brute-force protection, rate limiting. Application data goes straight to your systems and doesn’t pile up on the site

Financial websites: packages

  • A mobile app for customers
  • Migrating an existing site with documents and the disclosures archive

How a project runs

  1. 01

    Brief and estimate

    2–3 days

A one-hour call. We go through your products, systems and compliance requirements, then send an estimate broken into stages

  2. 02

    Prototype and design

    2–3 weeks

A prototype of products, calculators and forms. Your lawyers approve it before development, not after

  3. 03

    Development in stages

    per estimate

Each stage goes up on a private staging URL for review and is signed off before the next. Payment by stage

  4. 04

    Launch and support

    30 days

We connect your systems and analytics and train your staff on the admin panel. A month of support is included

Didn’t find your question? Ask it on Telegram and we’ll reply during business hours

Ask on Telegram
  1. We build for compliance; your lawyer signs off

We build in a disclosures section, a document archive, terms next to prices, consents and an audit log. Exactly which documents and wording your organization needs is up to your lawyer or compliance team. We make sure there is a place for all of it and that it’s easy to update

  2. The public site, yes; we don’t touch the core banking system

We build the public site, calculators, forms and customer portal, and connect them to your systems through APIs your team provides. Your security team’s requirements for hosting, access and audits are discussed before kickoff and included in the estimate

  3. We write copy, with no promises of returns

We help with product copy, but without promises of returns, “guarantees” or comparisons that can’t be backed up. Benefits always appear next to the terms. Your lawyer approves the final copy

  4. Through your services and the ones you have access to

The site sends the application to your scoring engine or to verification services you have contracts with, and shows the customer its status. The decision is made by your system or a staff member. Digital ID sign-in and government data exchange are connected if your organization has access to them

  5. We don’t lend, but payment is by stage

We don’t offer credit, but you don’t pay the full amount up front. The project is split into stages, and each one is paid after you review the result and sign off

  6. On compliant hosting or on your servers

We host the site wherever your data protection requirements allow, or on your own servers. Where possible, application data isn’t stored on the site at all but sent straight to your systems. You receive the source code and all access credentials

  7. We don’t promise numbers before launch

That depends on your products, terms and advertising. What we do promise: every application is tracked in analytics and in the CRM, and within the first month you’ll see which pages and channels work
