Website developmentwith SEO built in

We build the site around search demand from the start: structure from keyword research, copy for real queries, a solid technical foundation. Nothing to rebuild after launch — we go straight to work on rankings and leads

Timeline
from 5 weeks

Six tasks clients come with

Every SEO website starts differently. The task decides where we begin and what goes into the estimate

  • 01

A new site built for search from scratch

You have a business but no website. We start not with design but with how people search for you and what words they use

    • Keyword research before the first mockup
    • Sections for each query group
    • Copy written by an editor, not a template
    • Open to search engines on launch day
  • 02

A real site instead of a site builder

The template has hit its ceiling: you can’t add your own pages, speed is poor, URLs are messy

    • We migrate copy, photos and reviews
    • Clean URLs of your own
    • Speed and markup up to standard
    • No monthly platform fees
  • 03

Local search in your city and region

Clients search for “near me” and “in my area”. The winner is whoever has a page for that area

    • Pages for neighborhoods and districts
    • Addresses, directions and service areas
    • Business profiles on maps
    • Different phones and prices per location
  • 04

An online store with thousands of products

Building and promoting an online store rests on the catalog: filters, product pages and their URLs

    • Clear URLs for categories and filters
    • Copy and markup on product pages
    • Duplicates and canonicals under control
    • Marketplace exports and product feeds
  • 05

A landing page for every service

One generic “Services” page loses to everyone. Every service needs a page of its own

    • A page for each service and query
    • Prices, timelines and work samples
    • Internal links between services
    • Forms and goals on every page
  • 06

    A rebuild without losing rankings

The old site brings in clients but looks and works poorly. You can’t afford to lose traffic in the move

    • We check pages against the stats
    • Redirects from the old URLs
    • Copy and markup carried over in full
    • Indexing monitored after launch

The project path from queries to leads

Six steps from keyword research to report. The structure comes from demand, not from a pretty mockup

  1. 01Demand in numbers

    Keyword research

We pull the queries for your niche with their search volume, clean out the junk and split them into groups. You see what people actually search for, not what we assume

  2. 02Sections from queries

    Planning the structure

Every query group becomes a section or a page. Menus and URLs come from demand, so nothing has to be torn down after launch

  3. 03An editor, not a generator

    Writing copy for queries

Headings, service descriptions and answers to questions in plain language, with the queries woven into the sentences. Copy is approved before development

  4. 04Speed and markup

    Laying the technical foundation

Fast pages on mobile, structured data, a sitemap, indexing rules and clean URLs. The things you can’t fix later with one click

  5. 05Search Console and analytics

    Launch and submit to search

We open the site to crawlers, add it to Search Console and set up analytics with goals on inquiries. We check that the right pages made it into the index

  6. 06Reports and leads

    Working on rankings

We look at the queries the site already shows up for, add pages and fix errors flagged in Search Console. A monthly report: rankings, traffic, leads

In every SEO website

  1. 01Keyword research with volumes and query groups
  2. 02Section structure built around demand
  3. 03Copy and headings for each query group
  4. 04A title and description on every page
  5. 05Schema.org markup and breadcrumbs
  6. 06Sitemap and indexing rules
  7. 07Mobile speed that meets Core Web Vitals
  8. 08Redirects from the old site’s URLs
  9. 09Search Console and analytics with goals
  10. 10Monthly report: rankings, traffic, leads

The tools we check against

No “we took a look, all good”. The numbers come from dashboards registered in your name and open to you any day

Tools we check against: Google Search Console, Analytics, Keyword research, Query clustering, Schema.org, Sitemap, Core Web Vitals, Robots.txt

We don't guarantee rankings or a date for reaching the top: algorithms change and competitors don't stand still. We promise a structure based on keyword research, a solid technical foundation and a transparent monthly report on rankings, traffic and leads. All access stays with you

Why sites lose traffic

There is rarely just one reason, and all of them are known in advance. We deal with them before launch, not a month after complaints

  • URLs changed without redirects

The new site moved to different URLs, and the old ones return errors. Search engines lose pages that built up weight for years. We match the URL lists and set up redirects before launch, not after complaints

  • Sections built on taste, not demand

The menu was made up on a call, and half the services live as a single line on a shared page. We gather the queries first and draw the structure second: every query group gets its own page

  • Copy written without queries

Lovely words about “innovative solutions”, while people search for “kitchen remodel cost”. We write in a natural voice but with the words people use to find you, and approve the copy before development

  • Pages are slow on mobile

Everything flies on the office laptop, but on a phone on the go the page takes five seconds. We measure Core Web Vitals on mobile and don’t hand over the project until the scores are in the green

  • Staging went live still blocked

The site stays blocked from indexing for weeks because nobody lifted the staging block. After launch we check that crawlers can reach the pages and watch indexing for the first weeks

  • No markup and no sitemap

Search engines can’t tell a price from a review or an address and take months to find pages. We add structured data and a sitemap and submit it to Search Console on launch day

How a project runs

  1. 01

    Brief and estimate

    1–2 days

A 30-minute call: your niche, services, competitors and geography. We check demand for your keywords and send an estimate broken into stages the next day

  2. 02

    Keywords and structure

    5–10 days

We gather the queries, group them and show you a map of the future site. The structure is approved before design, not after handover

  3. 03

    Design, copy and development

    per estimate

We show each stage on a staging site and sign it off. Copy is written alongside development and approved page by page

  4. 04

    Launch and search growth

    from 3 months

We open the site to crawlers and connect the dashboards and goals. Then we add pages, fix errors and send a report every month

Ask on Telegram
  1. Here the site is built for search, not fixed afterwards

If you already have a site and need to work with what is there, that is a separate service — see our SEO services section, linked below these questions. This page is about something else: a site built for search demand from the start. We do the keyword research before design and derive the structure from queries, so there is no reworking sections or moving URLs after launch

  2. No, and nobody honestly can

Rankings depend on competition, domain age and algorithms that change without notice. We are accountable for what we do ourselves: a structure based on keyword research, copy written for queries, a solid technical foundation, connected dashboards and a transparent monthly report. If someone promises a top-3 spot in two months by contract, ask them to show how that is written into their liability

  3. It depends on scope; the estimate comes the day after the brief

A service site with SEO takes 5–6 weeks, a turnkey company website 8–10 weeks, a store or large catalog from 12 weeks. The price covers keyword research, structure, copy, development, the technical foundation and dashboard setup. After the brief we send an estimate broken into stages and don’t change it unless the scope changes

  4. The first months are usually indexing and long-tail queries

We don’t give a timeline in weeks. In our experience, the first visitors come from narrow, precise queries, while competitive phrases take longer. To avoid going without leads in the meantime, many clients run ads at launch — they work from day one and bring the same people to the same pages

  5. You can, but the structure will need rework

If a site is built without keyword research, half the services won’t have their own page, and the menu will have to be redone along with the URLs. That becomes a separate project with redirects and a risk of dropping in search. It is cheaper to get the structure right once — before design

  6. Both — the approach is the same

Many projects target one city and its surroundings: neighborhood pages, service areas, map listings. Wider markets work the same way, fully remote — only the geography of the queries and the set of landing pages change

  7. Everything: the site, access, keywords and reports

Source code, hosting access and every dashboard are registered in your name from the start. The keyword research, structure map and reports are your files. Any other team can pick up the work without rewriting anything from scratch

If you already have a site and don't need to rebuild it, the work is on what exists: an audit, error fixes, page improvements and rankings. That is a separate service with its own timeline. This page is about a new site built for search from the start
