Catalog websitedevelopment

Product pages with specs, filters, comparison and documentation, and instead of a cart, a price request to your sales manager. For manufacturers, distributors and B2B companies

Timeline
from 3 weeks

A product catalog for your market

People choose differently from a catalog of machine tools and a catalog of apartments. We build the filters, product page and request form around how your customer decides

  • 01

    Manufacturer catalog

Your own products, series and variants. The buyer’s engineer needs exact specs, not nice words

    • Series, models and versions
    • Spec tables and drawings
    • Certificates and data sheets as PDFs
    • Quote request for the chosen model
  • 02

    Distributor with thousands of SKUs

The range changes every week and prices depend on the customer. The catalog has to update itself from your accounting system

    • Product data synced from your ERP
    • Stock levels and lead times
    • Search by part number and equivalents
    • Price request for a list of items
  • 03

    Equipment and machinery

A big-ticket item, a long decision and several people involved. Comparison and documents at hand make the difference

    • Filters by power and dimensions
    • Model comparison table
    • Sale, rental or leasing
    • Video and 3D equipment views
  • 04

    Service catalog with starting prices

The final figure depends on scope, but clients want a ballpark before talking to a manager

    • Service page with a starting price
    • Scope of work and timelines
    • Examples of completed work
    • Cost calculator by parameters
  • 05

    Real estate and properties

Buyers narrow down by area, size and budget, then come back to their two or three favorites

    • Filters by area and size
    • Properties on a map
    • Floor plans and gallery
    • Favorites and viewing requests
  • 06

    Catalog with a dealer network

The manufacturer doesn’t sell directly: the site shows the product and hands the customer to the nearest partner

    • Dealers on a map by region
    • Leads routed to the right partner
    • Dealer-only pricing
    • Materials for partners

From our projects: ASTT.SU — heavy equipment aggregator, suppliers: 36,879, companies: 417; Batumi Estate — one of the leading new-build aggregators in Georgia, partner developers: 124. Large catalogs with filters are everyday work for us

From search to a quote request

Six steps with no cart or checkout. The customer chooses on their own, and the manager steps in when it's time to quote a price

  1. 01Search and SEO

    Finds the item

From a search engine the customer lands right in the category or on the product page. On the site they search by name, part number and even typos

  2. 02Spec filters

    Filters

Size, power, material, availability — filters are built from real specs, and empty options are hidden

  3. 03Comparison

    Compares

Two or three models in one table with the differences highlighted. The comparison link can be sent to a colleague or a manager

  4. 04Documentation

    Downloads documents

Data sheets, certificates, drawings and manuals sit right on the product page. No need to email a manager for a single PDF

  5. 05Price and quote requests

    Requests a price

A “Get a price” button on every item, or a list of several items. The form is short: name, phone, quantity

  6. 06Lead with context

    The manager gets the lead

The CRM receives the items, the filters used and the traffic source. The manager calls with an offer already in hand

In every catalog website

  1. 01Categories nested to any depth
  2. 02Product pages with specs and gallery
  3. 03Filters and part-number search
  4. 04Comparison and favorites
  5. 05Documentation on the product page
  6. 06Price and quote requests for one item or a list
  7. 07Product import from your ERP, feeds and Excel
  8. 08Admin panel for the content manager
  9. 09Leads to your CRM, email and messenger
  10. 10Analytics with a goal on every request

Products come from your systems

Products, specs and prices live where you already manage them. The site pulls them in on its own and sends requests to your CRM

Data sources and CRMs we work with: ERP systems, Inventory systems, XML product feeds, Excel price lists, Bitrix24, amoCRM, PDF documentation, Search and filters

Before kickoff we look at what shape your product data is in: an ERP or inventory export, a supplier feed, an Excel price list or a folder of PDFs. We only promise what we have confirmed on your data

A catalog that gets found in search

A catalog has thousands of pages, and each one can bring in a customer. We build a search-friendly structure from the startinstead of reworking it after launch

  • A page for every category and filter

A search for “stainless steel pumps” leads to a dedicated page with that filter, its own title and description, not to a generic list

  • Original descriptions, not copies

The supplier’s copy is on a dozen competitor sites. We write original text for the main categories and items, and build templated ones from the specs

  • Specs in structured data

Search engines see the product, the manufacturer and the parameters. The search snippet looks clearer and promises more honestly what is on the page

  • Speed with thousands of products

Pages are pre-built and served fast, filters respond without a reload. The catalog doesn’t slow down as the number of items grows

  • No duplicate pages

One item in two categories, sort orders and empty filters don’t spawn copies. Every page has a canonical URL

  • Prices update without manual work

Products, prices and stock come from your accounting system on a schedule. The content manager never copies a price list by hand

What drives the cost

  • An accounting system with no export, or several data sources
  • Tens of thousands of items with a complex spec structure
  • Parametric product selection and a product configurator
  • Migrating an old catalog while keeping its URLs
  • Custom design from scratch instead of adapting your brand style

How a project runs

  1. 01

    Brief and estimate

    1–2 days

A 30-minute call. We look at where your products and specs live, and the next day we send an estimate broken into stages

  2. 02

    Structure and design

    5–10 days

Category tree, filter set and a product page prototype, then the design. Changes happen before development

  3. 03

    Staged development

    per estimate

We show each stage on a staging site and sign it off. You pay stage by stage

  4. 04

    Content and launch

    30 days

We load the products, connect the CRM and analytics, and train the content manager. A month of support is included

Ask on Telegram
  1. No cart or checkout — the request goes to a manager

A catalog shows the product and helps people choose, while a manager quotes the price and terms. That works well when the price depends on volume, customer or configuration. If you need online payments, see our online store development page

  2. Yes: public, starting price or on request

A price can be shown openly, shown as a starting price, hidden behind a “Get a price” button or visible only to logged-in dealers. This is set per category or per item

  3. From your ERP, inventory system, a feed or Excel

We set up a sync from your accounting system or a scheduled import of feeds and price lists. If the data sits in different spreadsheets, we first bring it into one structure so filters work on real specs

  4. It depends on scope; the exact estimate comes after the brief

The cost depends on the number of items, data sources, filters and integrations. A company catalog of up to 300 items, a catalog with filters and ERP sync, and a B2B catalog with customer accounts are very different scopes. After the brief you get a fixed estimate

  5. We build a search-friendly structure from day one

We create pages for categories and popular filters, structured data, clean URLs without duplicates and fast loading. We don’t promise search positions, but every inquiry and call will be visible in your analytics

  6. Fine for a couple hundred items, rarely for B2B

If you have few products and they rarely change, we will tell you so. When you need ERP sync, filters across a hundred specs and multi-item requests, we build on Next.js with a custom admin panel: faster, and with no subscription fees

  7. The code is yours, hosting is your call

We hand the source code and all access over to the company owner. We host it with a provider of your choice or on your own server
