A school website built for your format

A kindergarten and an online school have different learners and different reasons to leave a site. We build the structure around how you teach

  • 01

    Private schools

Parents spend months choosing a school: they read about teachers, the curriculum and a typical day, and come to open houses

    • Programs by grade and teachers
    • Booking for tours and open houses
    • Required school information section
    • News and school life from the admin panel
  • 02

    Kindergartens and early learning

Parents decide on behalf of a child, so photos, the daily routine, meals and clear terms matter most

    • Groups by age and daily routine
    • Trial class booking
    • Parental consent for data processing
    • Photo updates without extra faces
  • 03

    Training centers and courses

Dozens of programs and cohorts: people need to find theirs fast and see the next start date

    • Course catalog with filters
    • Cohorts with dates and open seats
    • Contract and payment online
    • Certificates with online verification
  • 04

    Online schools

Here the site is both the storefront and the way into learning. Sales, lesson access and payments must work without manual reconciliation

    • Course landing pages with the syllabus
    • Installments and promo codes
    • Access to your LMS or a custom platform
    • Email and Telegram funnels
  • 05

    Colleges and universities

Applicants, students, parents and inspectors all look for different things. A university website starts with its structure

    • Admissions and programs of study
    • Class schedules by group
    • Accessibility mode for low vision
    • Department sections with separate access
  • 06

    Tutors and private teachers

A tutor’s website isn’t ten pages — it’s a clear lesson price, open time slots and booking without back-and-forth

    • Subjects, levels and lesson price
    • Open slots in the schedule
    • Paying for a lesson pack
    • Reviews from students and parents

The student journey without the back-and-forth

Six steps from finding a program to renewal. At each one, the site answers in place of a busy front office

  1. 01Built for search

    Finds a program

Separate pages for courses, subjects, ages and neighborhoods. A parent lands on “English for 7-year-olds”, not on a generic home page

  2. 02Schedule and seats

    Picks a group

Days, times, teacher and open seats are visible at once. No need to message the office to find out if there’s a Saturday group

  3. 03Lead to CRM

    Books a trial class

Name, age, preferred time — and the request is already in Bitrix24 or amoCRM. The office confirms, and a reminder arrives the day before

  4. 04Contract and payment

    Pays for classes

Terms of service or a contract, card payment online, in installments or monthly. The receipt goes out automatically and the accountant sees the payment

  5. 05Student portal

    Learns in the portal

Schedule, class links, homework and grades. Parents see the same as their child and get notified about rescheduling

  6. 06Renewal and analytics

    Renews and refers friends

A reminder when the term runs out, enrollment in the next course in a couple of taps, and analytics goals that show which channel brings students

In every school and training center website

  1. 01Program catalog filtered by age and format
  2. 02Group schedule with open seats
  3. 03Booking for trial classes and tours
  4. 04Required school information section
  5. 05Accessibility mode for low vision
  6. 06Data processing consent, including for children
  7. 07Teacher pages and reviews
  8. 08Admin panel for office staff and curriculum leads
  9. 09Fast mobile version with a call button
  10. 10Analytics goals for every inquiry and payment

Inquiries, payments and lessons all connected

Book a trial class and the request is in the CRM. Pay for a course and the lessons unlock. No one copies data from spreadsheet to spreadsheet

We connect the site to learning platforms, payments and CRMs: Moodle, Course platforms, Online payments, Bitrix24, amoCRM, Telegram, Video calls, Analytics

Before kickoff we check what your systems can do: API exchange, a ready-made widget, or inquiries sent to the office via messenger. We promise only what we’ve confirmed

A school website that meets the rules

Licensed schools, kindergartens, colleges and centers have required sections. We build them into the structure from day one, and check the wording of documents and consents with your lawyer

  • Required school information section

For licensed or accredited institutions, education regulators often set what this section must contain and how it’s organized. We build the structure to current requirements, and documents are uploaded from the admin panel

  • License and programs

License details, the list of programs, durations and formats of study, each in its place. When a program changes, it’s edited in one place, not on five pages

  • Tuition in plain view

Fees and payment terms appear in the information section and on course pages. Terms of service and a sample contract sit right next to the pay button

  • Parental consent for children’s data

Data about minors is accepted only together with a legal guardian’s consent. We prepare the forms and consent texts together with your lawyer

  • Accessibility mode

Large type, a high-contrast scheme and images off with one button. For many schools this is a legal requirement, not an option

  • Student data stored compliantly

The site, forms and portal are hosted in line with personal data protection laws, or on your own server. Third-party services are chosen with an eye to where they store data

School websites: packages

The cost depends on scope. We send a detailed estimate the day after the brief and don’t change it after kickoff unless the scope changes

What drives the cost

  • A custom lesson platform instead of an off-the-shelf LMS
  • Several branches or faculties with their own administrators
  • Migrating an existing site with the news and documents archive
  • A mobile app for students and parents
  • Custom design instead of adapting your brand style

How a project runs

  1. 01

    Brief and estimate

    1–2 days

A 30-minute call. We find out where your schedule, inquiries and payments live today, and send an estimate broken into stages the next day

  2. 02

    Prototype and design

    5–10 days

A clickable prototype of the catalog, schedule and booking, then the design. Changes happen before development, not after

  3. 03

    Development in stages

    per estimate

Each stage goes up on a staging URL for review and is signed off before the next. Payment by stage

  4. 04

    Launch and support

    30 days

We connect the CRM, payments and analytics, and train your office staff to manage the schedule and documents. A month of support is included

Common questions

Didn’t find your question? Ask it on Telegram and we’ll reply during business hours

Ask on Telegram
  1. It depends on scope; you get a fixed estimate after the brief

A school or training center website with programs, booking and the required sections takes three to four weeks. A group schedule with online payments, or a portal with student accounts, takes longer and costs more. We send a fixed estimate the day after the brief

  2. Licensed institutions usually do

Licensed schools, kindergartens, colleges, universities and training centers are often required to publish specific information and offer an accessible version of the site. A tutor or an online course that doesn’t issue credentials may not need it, but everyone needs prices, terms of service and data processing consent. Requirements change from time to time, so before launch we check the structure against current rules and leave the wording of documents to your lawyer

  3. Yes, if the task is clear up front

The site sells the course and takes payment, and after payment the student gets access to Moodle or your course platform. If you don’t need a platform, we build a simple portal with the schedule, materials and homework right on the site. Before kickoff we check what your system can do and promise only what’s confirmed

  4. Yes, with automatic receipts

We connect card and other online payments: monthly, per course or in installments. Receipts are generated automatically, and the payment lands in the CRM and with your accountant. Your lawyer prepares the terms of service; we place them next to the pay button

  5. Schedule, homework, grades and payments

Students sign in with a phone number or email and see their classes, lesson links, assignments and grades. Parents get access to their child’s account and notifications about rescheduling and payments. Teachers post materials and grade work from their own part of the portal

  6. Yes, we migrate documents and URLs

We migrate news, documents and program pages, set up redirects from old URLs and check indexing after launch. We can start with an audit of your current site and show what’s missing from the required sections

  7. The code is yours; hosting is your choice

The source code and all access credentials go to the owner. We host the site in line with the personal data protection laws that apply to your students and parents, or on your own server
