Websites for manufacturers,plants and factories

A product catalog with specs, drawings and certificates, and quote requests straight to your CRM on one fast website. Built for manufacturing companies

Timeline
from 3 weeks

Built for your products, not a template

An industrial website starts with who buys from you and how. A machine tool builder and a dairy plant need different catalogs and different inquiry forms

  • 01

    Metalworking and welding

The client arrives with a drawing and wants to know if you’ll take the job, on what equipment and by when

    • Processes with tolerances and thicknesses
    • Machine fleet with photos and specs
    • Drawing upload in the inquiry form
    • Sample parts by industry
  • 02

    Equipment and machinery

Engineers compare models spec by spec and won’t call until they find the datasheet and dimensional drawing

    • Product pages with full specs
    • Side-by-side model comparison
    • Datasheets, diagrams and 3D models
    • Service and spare parts on a separate page
  • 03

    Building materials

Bought in bulk: the buyer needs volume pricing, a quantity calculator and clear delivery to the job site

    • Volume-based pricing
    • Quantity calculator for the job site
    • Certificates and test reports
    • Delivery zones and lead times
  • 04

    Food manufacturing

Chains and distributors care about ingredients, shelf life and whether you can produce under their brand

    • Catalog with ingredients and packaging
    • Declarations and certificates
    • Private label terms
    • Wholesale price list on request
  • 05

    Contract manufacturing

You sell capacity, not a product. The site has to show what you can do and how much you can produce

    • Technologies and capacity in numbers
    • Real photos of shops and lines
    • The process from sample to full run
    • Quote request with a spec attached
  • 06

    Manufacturers with dealer networks

Retail customers look for a dealer nearby, and dealers want current prices and materials without emailing the sales team

    • Dealer map with filters
    • Dealer portal with a price list
    • Downloadable marketing materials
    • Inquiries routed to the right dealer

The buyer journey without endless emails

Six steps from a part-number search to a repeat order. At every step, the site answers so your busy sales rep doesn’t have to

  1. 01Catalog and search

    Finds the product

A dedicated page for every series and size. Buyers search by part number, standard or steel grade and land on the right product page

  2. 02Filters and tables

    Checks the specs

Filters by size, material and load, a spec table and model comparison. Engineers verify everything themselves, no back-and-forth

  3. 03Drawings and certificates

    Downloads documents

The drawing, datasheet, certificate and declaration sit right on the product page. Restricted files unlock after an inquiry, so you see who took them

  4. 04RFQ with details

    Requests a quote

A cart of items, batch size, deadline and spec file in one form. No more “call me back” with zero details

  5. 05CRM and dealers

    Gets a reply

The inquiry lands in your CRM with items and files and goes to the regional manager or dealer. The client gets a numbered confirmation right away

  6. 06Portal and analytics

    Orders again

Order history, invoices and documents in the customer portal; a repeat batch takes a couple of clicks. Analytics shows which ads bring in inquiries

In every manufacturer website

  1. 01Product catalog with spec filters
  2. 02Spec tables and model comparison
  3. 03Drawings, datasheets and certificates on product pages
  4. 04Quote requests with an item cart and spec file
  5. 05Production page: shops, machines, capacity
  6. 06Quality control and lab
  7. 07Map of dealers and offices
  8. 08Products and prices synced from your ERP
  9. 09Admin panel for engineers and sales
  10. 10Analytics with goals and call tracking

A catalog synced with ERP and CRM

Products and prices come from your ERP; inquiries with items and files go to your CRM. Nobody copies the price list to the site by hand

We connect the site to your ERP, CRM and documentation: Accounting/ERP, PDM and drawings, PDF documentation, Bitrix24, amoCRM, Product feeds, Dealer portal

Before kickoff we look at where your product data, drawings and certificates live: in your ERP, a PDM or an engineer’s folder. We build the catalog from them with no duplicate work. We only promise what we’ve confirmed

What an industrial buyer looks for

Buyers choose suppliers by their paperwork, not their slogans. They check six things on your site before the first email

  • Specs and standards

Dimensions, tolerances, materials and standards in a table, not an image. Buyers copy what they need into a request; engineers check it against the project

  • Certificates and declarations

Current documents with numbers and expiry dates. When one is about to expire, the admin panel reminds you to upload a new one

  • Downloadable drawings

DWG, STEP and PDF right on the product page. Public files are open to all; restricted ones unlock after a short inquiry, and the contact goes to your CRM

  • Capacity and lead times

Monthly output, minimum order, how long a batch takes. Honest numbers filter out poor-fit inquiries before anyone picks up the phone

  • Company details and shop photos

Registration details, the plant address and photos of real production lines, not stock images. That’s how buyers check you’re a manufacturer, not a reseller

  • Fast quote requests

A button on every product page and a three-field form. Items fill in automatically, so the sales rep answers the question instead of asking what it’s about

Manufacturer websites: packages

The cost depends on scope. We send a detailed estimate the day after the brief and don’t change it after kickoff unless the scope changes

  • Sync with a PDM or several ERP databases
  • Chinese and other language versions for export
  • Migrating the old site and catalog without losing rankings

How a project runs

  1. 01

    Brief and estimate

    1–2 days

A 30-minute call with your sales team and engineer. We look at your product range and systems and send a phased estimate the next day

  2. 02

    Structure and design

    7–12 days

We organize the catalog by series and specs, prototype the product page and quote form, then design

  3. 03

    Phased development

    per estimate

We show each phase on a staging site and sign it off. You pay phase by phase

  4. 04

    Launch and support

    30 days

We connect your ERP, CRM and analytics and train the people who run the catalog. A month of support is included

Common questions

Didn’t find your question? Ask it on Telegram and we’ll reply during business hours

Ask on Telegram
  1. Yes: products, prices and stock

We set up a scheduled sync from your accounting/ERP system: items, specs, prices and availability update on their own. Descriptions, photos and documents are added in the site’s admin panel and aren’t overwritten by the sync. Inquiries and quotes go to Bitrix24 or amoCRM

  2. Restricted files unlock only after an inquiry

Each file gets an access level: public, unlocked after an inquiry, or dealers-only in the portal. Links to restricted files expire, and your CRM shows who downloaded what

  3. Yes: retail sees one thing, dealers another

The public site can show a starting price or a quote button, while the full price list with discounts appears in the portal after login. Terms are set per customer group

  4. We don’t promise numbers before launch

It depends on your niche, advertising and prices. What we do promise: every inquiry, call and document download will show up in analytics, and within the first few months you’ll see which channel brings in buyers

  5. Yes, for example Ekran Pro

For Ekran Pro we built the website of a company that installs outdoor LED screens turnkey: 1,000 completed projects and 15 years in the market. The case study is in our Cases section

  6. Fine for a brochure site, not for an ERP-fed catalog

If you need a five-page site, we’ll say so. When you need a filterable catalog synced from your ERP, drawings gated behind an inquiry and a dealer portal, we build on Next.js with a custom admin panel: faster, no template limits and no subscription fees

  7. The code is yours; hosting is your call

We hand the source code and all access over to your company. We host the site where your clients’ data is protected under the applicable laws, or on your own server
