Websites for auto repair, garages and tire shops

Booking into an open bay, a service calculator by make and mileage and repair status on one fast website. Customers see the price and time before they ever call the shop

Timeline
from 2 weeks

Built for your shop, not a template

A tire shop and a body shop have different customers and different reasons to leave the site. We shape the structure around your shop

  • 01

    General repair shops

Customers search “oil change near me” and want to see the price and when they can come in right away

    • Service and repair prices by make
    • Maintenance calculator by mileage
    • Booking into an open bay
    • Reviews from map listings
  • 02

    Tire shops and tire centers

Two seasons a year make the revenue: at peak, booking has to work with no calls and no line at the gate

    • Booking by wheel size and vehicle type
    • Tire storage with online renewal
    • Tire and wheel finder by vehicle
    • Tire changeover reminders
  • 03

    Body shops and paint

Big tickets and long decisions: past work and a clear estimate before the visit close the deal

    • Before-and-after gallery by job type
    • Preliminary estimate from photos
    • Insurance claim repairs
    • Warranty terms up front
  • 04

    Detailing and window tint

People buy with their eyes: photos, video and service packages with a clear total

    • Packages: polish, ceramic, film
    • Service builder with a running total
    • Portfolio by make and model
    • Booking with a deposit
  • 05

    Make-specialist shops

Specialization is your strongest argument. The site has to speak the language of that make’s owners

    • Pages for models and common failures
    • Service prices next to dealer prices
    • Parts lookup by VIN
    • Booking with VIN and mileage
  • 06

    Repair shop chains

Several addresses with different workloads: the site sends each customer to the nearest shop with an open slot

    • Locations on a map with hours
    • Different price lists per location
    • Requests routed to the right shop
    • Neighborhood and city pages

A customer journey with no calls

Five steps from search to the next service. At every step the site does the work of a busy service advisor

  1. 01SEO structure

    Finds the shop

Separate pages for services, makes and neighborhoods. Customers land on “Kia automatic transmission repair”, not a home page with a phone number

  2. 02Prices and calculator

    Gets the price

A starting price on each service page and a maintenance estimate by make, model and mileage. The total is visible before the call, not after inspection

  3. 03Online booking

    Books on their own

Two minutes on a phone: make, service, time. The booking lands in your shop software and CRM, and the service advisor only confirms it

  4. 04Vehicle status

    Tracks the repair

The customer gets a link and sees the stage: checked in, diagnostics, approval, in progress, ready. Extra work is approved in one click

  5. 05Reminders and analytics

    Comes back

Reminders for the next service and seasonal tire changes, plus an analytics goal for every booking: you see which ads bring in cars

In every repair shop website

  1. 01Online booking into an open bay
  2. 02Price list and maintenance calculator by mileage
  3. 03Pages for services, makes and neighborhoods
  4. 04Repair status by link for the customer
  5. 05Before-and-after photos straight from the bay
  6. 06Moderated reviews and your map rating
  7. 07Promotions and seasonal offers from the admin panel
  8. 08Admin panel for service advisors and marketing
  9. 09Fast mobile version with a call button
  10. 10Analytics with goals and call tracking

Booking synced with your software

Customers see the same bay schedule as your service advisor. Once they book, the slot is taken in your shop software. No one reconciles the logbook with the site

We work with shop software and CRMs: YCLIENTS, RemOnline, Bitrix24, amoCRM, Laximo, ABCP

Before kickoff we check what your software can do: a custom booking form via API, a ready-made widget, or requests sent to your service advisor’s messenger. We only promise what we have verified

The season works for you

A shop has two peaks a year and a long off-season. The site changes with demand instead of staying the way it was handed over in spring

  • The home page follows the season

At peak, the first screen offers tire changeover booking; off-season, maintenance and repairs. Switched from the admin panel, no developer needed

  • Booking by wheel size and vehicle

Customers pick their wheel size and vehicle type, so the shop knows how long the job takes. Bays stay busy, and there is no line at the gate

  • Tire storage the customer can see

Term, location and online renewal: customers don’t drive in for one question, and the shop gets paid for next season up front

  • Reminders to last season’s customers

Everyone who changed tires with you last fall gets an SMS or messenger reminder with a booking link

  • Pages for makes and models

Owners look for a shop that knows their car. Make pages with prices and common jobs bring in searchers who are ready to drive over

  • Promotions with an end date

Winter prep, a discount on the first service, a road-trip package: offers switch on and off by date with no code changes

Repair shop websites: packages

The cost depends on scope. We send a detailed estimate the day after the brief and don't change it after kickoff unless the scope changes

What drives the cost

  • Shop software with no ready API, or different software across locations
  • Parts lookup by VIN and a parts store
  • A mobile app for chain customers
  • Moving the old site with reviews and pages without losing rankings
  • Custom design from scratch instead of adapting your brand style

How the project runs

  1. 01

    Brief and estimate

    1–2 days

A 30-minute call. We check what your shop software can do and send a staged estimate the next day

  2. 02

    Prototype and design

    5–10 days

A clickable prototype of booking and pricing, then design. Changes happen before development, not after

  3. 03

    Development in stages

    per estimate

Each stage is shown on a staging site and signed off. You pay stage by stage

  4. 04

    Launch and support

    30 days

We connect your shop software, analytics and CRM and train your service advisors. A month of support is included

Common questions

Didn’t find your question? Ask it on Telegram and we’ll reply during business hours

Ask on Telegram
  1. Any software with an API or a booking widget

We have worked with YCLIENTS and RemOnline, and pass leads to Bitrix24 or amoCRM. If your software has an API, we build a custom booking form that matches the site design. If it only has a widget, we embed it cleanly. If it has neither, requests go to your service advisor’s messenger and your CRM

  2. Maps bring people who are already nearby

A website lets you run search ads, rank for services and makes, and lets customers see prices and book on their own instead of calling a busy bay. We pull your reviews and map rating onto the site

  3. A starting price plus an estimate by make and mileage

Each service page shows a starting price with a calculator by make, model and mileage next to it. The service advisor still confirms the final total, but the customer already knows the ballpark and doesn’t leave to compare with the shop next door

  4. We don’t promise numbers before launch

It depends on your area, ads and prices. What we do promise: every booking and call is tracked in analytics, and within the first month you will see which channel brings cars into your bays

  5. Fine for a business card, not for live booking

If a five-page site is all you need, we will say so. When you need booking from your shop software, a maintenance calculator and hundreds of pages for makes and services, we build on Next.js with a custom admin panel: faster, no template limits and no monthly subscription

  6. Yes, we keep URLs or set up redirects

We move the copy, job photos and reviews, set up redirects from old URLs and check indexing after launch. We can start with an audit of your current site

  7. The code is yours; hosting is your call

We hand over the source code and all access to the shop owner. We host where data protection laws require, or on your own server
