An auto parts site built for how you sell

Retail needs fast lookup, wholesale needs accounts and net terms, salvage yards need a photo of every part. One auto parts templatecan’t fit them all, so we shape the structure around your range

  • 01

    Retail parts stores

Buyers come with a part number or a VIN and go to whoever shows the price and lead time first

    • Search by part number and VIN
    • OEM and aftermarket in one result list
    • Pickup and local delivery
    • Card payment on the site
  • 02

    Single-make specialists

A narrow range sells on expertise: owners need to see that you know their car

    • Catalog by model and generation
    • Assembly diagrams with part numbers
    • Common replacements by mileage
    • Model pages for search
  • 03

    Wholesale and repair shop supply

Regular customers order dozens of items a day, and every call to a sales rep is wasted time

    • Account with prices by customer group
    • Bulk orders from a file
    • Net terms, credit limits and statements
    • Multiple users per company
  • 04

    Used and salvage parts

Every part is one of a kind: without photos, condition and the donor car, buyers won’t commit

    • Listing with photos and defects
    • Donor vehicle and mileage
    • Hold a part for a set time
    • Inspection and return terms
  • 05

    Oil, tires and consumables

Simple, fast-moving products: fitment for the car, availability and quick delivery decide the sale

    • Oil and tire finder by vehicle
    • Filters by specs and sizes
    • Service kits in one click
    • Reorder from history
  • 06

    Store and pickup point networks

Stock is spread across locations: buyers need to see where a part is right now and when they can collect it

    • Stock at every location
    • Pickup point selection on a map
    • Transfers between warehouses
    • Orders routed to the right store

A buyer journey with no sales calls

Six steps from VIN to repeat order. At every step the site answers on its own while your sales rep handles wholesale accounts

  1. 01VIN lookup

    Finds the part

Enters a VIN or chassis number, or picks the make and model. The site shows the assembly diagram and the right part number, with no call to a sales rep

  2. 02OEM and aftermarket

    Compares options

Next to the OEM part sit verified cross-referenced alternatives with price and brand. Buyers choose on the spot instead of hunting for a substitute elsewhere

  3. 03Stock and supplier pricing

    Sees stock and lead time

Your own warehouse, supplier warehouses and a lead time for every offer. Prices and stock refresh on a schedule, not once a week

  4. 04Cart and payment

    Places the order

Pickup, local courier or nationwide shipping with a calculated rate. Pay by card or get an invoice as a business

  5. 05Item status

    Tracks the order

Each item has its own status: ordered from the supplier, arrived at the warehouse, ready for pickup. A notification arrives when it’s ready to collect

  6. 06Garage and history

    Orders again

The buyer’s cars are saved in their account, and past orders repeat in one click. Analytics shows which ads bring in orders

In every auto parts store

  1. 01Search by part number, VIN and make
  2. 02OEM catalogs with assembly diagrams
  3. 03Alternatives and cross-references in one list
  4. 04Live pricing from supplier price lists
  5. 05Stock and lead times for every warehouse
  6. 06Cart, payment and shipping calculator
  7. 07Customer account with garage and history
  8. 08Prices and markups by customer group
  9. 09Admin panel for sales reps, plus returns
  10. 10Analytics with goals and a fast mobile version

Catalogs, warehouses and suppliers in one search

The buyer searches for one part, and the site checks the catalog, your warehouse and supplier price lists. Price and lead time show up at once, with no “ask a sales rep”

We work with catalogs, accounting, payments and shipping: Laximo, ABCP, TecDoc, Accounting / ERP, Inventory software, Supplier price lists, Online payments, Shipping carriers

Before kickoff we check what your suppliers and accounting system provide: an API, a price list file or an export. We only promise what we have verified. From our work: Geellux, a Geely repair service with 50,000 parts in stock

What wins in a parts store

Parts are bought by number, not by looks. Whoever matches parts most accurately wins and is honest about when the part will arrive

  • Accurate fitment, no guesswork

Parts are matched by VIN and assembly diagram, not by name. Fewer “didn’t fit” returns and fewer disputes with buyers

  • Alternatives next to the OEM part

Cross-reference numbers link the OEM part to replacements from other brands. Buyers see options by price and lead time, not an empty “out of stock” page

  • Up-to-date stock and lead times

Supplier price lists and your own warehouse load on a schedule. The lead time is calculated for every offer instead of “ask for details”

  • Prices by customer group

Retail buyers, repair shops and wholesalers see their own prices after signing in. Markups change in the admin panel by brand, supplier or group

  • Returns and warranty without emails

A return request from the account with a reason and photos, with the status visible to the buyer. Warranty terms are right on the product page

  • Fast search across hundreds of thousands of items

Search finds a part number with or without spaces and dashes, and responds in a fraction of a second even on a huge range

  • A mobile app for buyers or repair shops
  • Moving an old store with orders, customers and search rankings
  • Product feeds to marketplaces

How the build runs

  1. 01

    Brief and estimate

    1–2 days

A 30-minute call. We go through your range, suppliers and accounting, then send a staged estimate the next day

  2. 02

    Prototype and design

    7–10 days

A clickable prototype of search, product page and cart, then design. Changes happen before development, not after

  3. 03

    Development in stages

    per estimate

Each stage is shown on a staging site and signed off. You pay stage by stage

  4. 04

    Launch and support

    30 days

We load price lists, connect payments and shipping and train your sales reps. A month of support is included

Common questions

Didn’t find your question? Ask it on Telegram and we’ll reply during business hours

Ask on Telegram
  1. From catalog services such as Laximo and TecDoc

OEM catalogs and cross-references come from dedicated services under their own license, which the store owner obtains. We connect them to the site and tie them to your prices and stock. If you don’t have a license yet, we start with part number search and your own cross-reference database

  2. Through the supplier’s API or price list uploads

If a supplier has an API, we request price and lead time at the moment of search. If it only sends a price list file, we load it on a schedule with your markup. Your own warehouse stock comes from your accounting or inventory system

  3. It depends on scope; the estimate is fixed after the brief

The cost depends on the number of suppliers, catalogs and integrations, and on whether you need VIN lookup or a B2B portal for repair shops. We send a detailed estimate the day after the brief and don’t change it after kickoff unless the scope changes

  4. A custom storefront on top, or a full move

You can keep ABCP as your pricing source and get your own storefront with the design, lookup and search pages you need. Or you can move the whole store. We will show you which pays off better after auditing your current site

  5. We don’t promise numbers before launch

It depends on your range, prices and advertising. What we do promise: every order, call and zero-result search is tracked in analytics, and within the first month you will see which channel brings in buyers

  6. Yes, in stages

The store is built from day one so that price groups, company accounts and bulk ordering can be added without a rebuild. Many clients start with retail and bring in repair shops once they have regular customers

  7. The code is yours; hosting is your call

We hand over the source code and all access to the store owner. We host where data protection laws require, or on your own server
