Websites for interiordesigners and studios

Completed projects with floor plans, service packages and price per square meter on one fast website. Clients come to the first consultation already knowing their budget

Timeline
from 2 weeks

Built for your practice, not a template

A decorator and a design-and-build studio need different websites: different clients, budgets and questions before the first meeting. If you mainly sell yourself, take a look at personal websites too

  • 01

    Independent designer

Clients choose a person, not a company: they want to see your signature style, your face and how you talk

    • Portfolio in your signature style
    • An “About me” page with photos
    • Price per square meter and what it covers
    • Booking for a first consultation
  • 02

    Design studio

Several designers and dozens of projects: the site shows the team, the range of styles and how you work

    • Projects filtered by style and size
    • The team and who leads each project
    • Service packages with clear differences
    • Inquiries straight into the studio CRM
  • 03

    Design and build

The budget is big and the fear of a wrong choice is bigger. Timelines, estimates and photos from real sites win the deal

    • Stages from measurement to handover
    • Pricing by area and package
    • Progress photos from job sites
    • Contract and guarantees in plain sight
  • 04

    Commercial interiors

Office, café, clinic or showroom: the client counts deadlines, budget and how the space will actually work

    • Case studies by type of space
    • Timelines built around the opening date
    • A section on permits and codes
    • Online brief for companies
  • 05

    Country houses

A big project that lasts years: clients want a designer who takes the house from layout to furniture and garden

    • House projects with floor plans
    • Facades, interiors and grounds
    • Site visits and supervision
    • A “How we run construction” page
  • 06

    Decorators and stylists

Quick projects with no renovation: furniture, textiles and lighting. People buy on before-and-after photos

    • Before-and-after gallery
    • Packages: room, apartment, photo shoot
    • Paid online consultation
    • Curated furniture and decor picks

The client journey to a signed contract

Five steps from search to signature. At each one, the site answers the questions you usually handle in DMs

  1. 01Service pages

    Finds you

Separate pages for apartment, house and office design, and for each style. People land on “apartment interior design”, not on a generic home page

  2. 02Portfolio

    Browses projects

Completed projects with photos, floor plan, area and timeline. Renderings sit next to what was actually built

  3. 03Price per m²

    Gets the budget

Service packages with a price per square meter and a list of what is included. A calculator totals it by area before they ever talk to you

  4. 04Inquiry

    Asks for a consultation

A short form: type of property, area, timing and preferred messenger. The inquiry lands in your Telegram or the studio CRM

  5. 05Trust

    Signs the contract

Stages, a sample contract, supervision terms and client reviews answer questions before the meeting. Analytics goals show where each inquiry came from

In every designer website

  1. 01Project portfolio with photos and floor plans
  2. 02Project page: area, style, timeline, brief
  3. 03Service packages and price per square meter
  4. 04Cost calculator by area
  5. 05Project stages and design supervision
  6. 06Client reviews with project photos
  7. 07Service and style pages for search
  8. 08Consultation requests to your messenger
  9. 09Admin panel: add a project without a developer
  10. 10Analytics with a goal for every inquiry

Projects and inquiries in one place

Photos, floor plans, 3D tours and renderings live on the project page, and inquiries go straight to wherever you reply. No one forwards screenshots by hand

We embed and connect: Portfolio, 3D tours, Renderings, Analytics, Telegram, Bitrix24, amoCRM

Inquiries arrive in Telegram, by email or in the studio CRM, and each one is tracked as an analytics goal. We connect only what you actually use

What sells design online

Beautiful renderings are everywhere. Clients choose someone they can trust with their home, and they look for proof

  • Completed projects

Anyone can make a pretty rendering. Photos of the finished apartment next to the rendering prove your designs make it to real life

  • Floor plans and the brief

Plan before and after, area, who lives there and what the clients wanted. Visitors recognize their own home and their own problem

  • Clear price per square meter

What a square meter costs in each package and what it covers: measurements, drawings, renderings, furniture selection, site visits

  • Stages and timelines

From measurement to handover: what happens at each stage, how long it takes and what the client gets in hand

  • Contract and supervision

A sample contract and clear supervision terms: how many site visits, who manages the contractors and how work is signed off

  • Client reviews

Reviews with a name and project photos, not anonymous quotes. Add them from the admin panel after every handover

Designer websites: packages

The cost depends on scope. We send a detailed estimate the day after the brief and don’t change it after kickoff unless the scope changes

What drives the cost

  • Custom site design instead of adapting your brand style
  • Client portal with drawings, estimate and site photos
  • Furniture and materials catalog with curated picks
  • Migrating an existing site and projects without losing rankings
  • A second language version for clients abroad

How a project runs

  1. 01

    Brief and estimate

    1–2 days

A 30-minute call: we look at your projects, photos and how clients find you today. The estimate arrives the next day

  2. 02

    Prototype and design

    5–10 days

A prototype of the portfolio and project page, then the design. The site never competes with your interiors — it frames them

  3. 03

    Development in stages

    per estimate

Each stage goes up on a staging URL for review and is signed off before the next. Payment by stage

  4. 04

    Launch and support

    30 days

We upload your projects, connect inquiries and analytics, and show you how to add a project. A month of support is included

Common questions

Didn’t find your question? Ask it on Telegram and we’ll reply during business hours

Ask on Telegram
  1. A feed doesn’t answer questions about price and timing

In a feed, projects sink within a month, and you explain pricing and stages to everyone in DMs. A website shows up in search, lays out packages, price per square meter and how you work, and the people who message you arrive already informed

  2. Yes, but completed projects are more convincing

If you don’t have many finished projects yet, we start with renderings and label them honestly. As projects are handed over, you add photos next to the renderings from the admin panel, and each project page becomes proof

  3. Price per square meter by package, plus a calculator

Each package gets a price per square meter and a scope of work. The calculator totals it by area. The final figure is confirmed after measurement, but clients understand the budget range up front and come in with realistic expectations

  4. Yes, through a simple admin panel

Upload photos, a floor plan, area, style and a couple of paragraphs about the brief. Photos are compressed automatically and the project page builds itself. No developer needed

  5. Yes, right on the project page

We embed existing 3D tours and videos so they don’t slow the page down: the tour loads on click. If there’s no tour, a photo series with the floor plan works well

  6. We don’t promise numbers before launch

That depends on your projects, pricing and advertising. What we do promise: every inquiry is tracked in analytics, and within a month you’ll see which channel brings clients

  7. Yes, we work fully remotely

We run projects remotely: calls, stage reviews on a staging URL and online sign-offs. You receive the source code and all access credentials, and the site is hosted wherever suits your market
